The noodles were super salty, it was disgusting to eat them, the orange chicken is the only good thing they have and sometimes, my boyfriend bought it 2 days ago and it was burned

Buyer beware. Big food safety violations at ever turn. No hairnets, no gloves and I hardly saw the kids washing their hands. Please eat somewhere else

My grandson's food had at least 3 hairs in it. Employee said it had to be returned right away. No one wears a hairnet. Kids meals advertised with a treat and a cookie(?). None given.

what my family ordered:a kids bowl with orange chicken and noodlesa kids bowl with fried ricea 2 entree plate with bourbon chicken, orange chicken and noodleswhat we got:a kids bowl with fried rice and three long hairsa 2 entree plate with freezing cold bourbon chicken and a chunk of breading coated in orange saucethe food here is mid at best. it's not worth your money, you're better off next door at hana teriyaki or across the way at chick-fil-a. not to mention the terrible service, everyone is rude and no one wears hair nets.take your money elsewhere!

CHANTAL XOXO

My family and I went in yesterday and I am scarred for life! I cannot stop thinking about what I saw with my own eyes. They have a window where you can see clearly into the kitchen right where you stand to order your food.Well, as we were ordering, we saw a guy in the back with NO gloves, handling tons of (my used to be favorite) orange noodles in the SINK, touching all over the sink. They were cooked already so not sure why he even had the noodles in the sink but he just kept “rinsing them” or doing something with them in the sink sliding all over with his bare hands then he would grab them with both hands and throw them in a pan. I nearly threw up and couldn’t believe what I was seeing. ?? We were all disgusted! Not to mention how drastic their prices went up. They charged me $20 for their SMALL box of noodles ((we had already ordered them & I threw them right in the trash)) soooo beyond not worth it!!

I was hungry after eating a 2 item chicken combo. It had been substantial in the past. I don’t know if they reduced the portions or it was just the average height woman’s choice to reduce it.

Don’t ! Save your money , the food tastes like it’s meant for prisoners or immigrants. Rice tastes grainy and dry, lady upfront said what’s wrong with it and she giggled , I threw it away because i didnt wanna risk food poisoning. Seriously worst Chinese I’ve ever had in my 36

My recent visit to Chinese Gourmet Express was nothing short of disappointing, and I feel compelled to share my frustrating experience. Hygiene concerns were alarmingly apparent, with staff members brazenly brushing their hair in the serving area right before their shifts. Additionally, the blatant disregard for proper hygiene practices, such as wearing the same gloves for handling money and serving food, was appalling. The lackluster service was epitomized by Mariana, whose indifference and lack of attention to customer needs added to the overall negative ambiance. It’s disheartening when a restaurant’s staff fails to create a welcoming environment for patrons.Chinese Gourmet Express needs to seriously reevaluate its standards and practices. A dining experience should be enjoyable, but my encounter here left a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. I sincerely hope the management takes immediate action to address these issues and elevate the quality of service for future customers.

Food not good

Orange chicken was purple, dry and hard on the inside. Fried rice was hard. Evidently food was out too long. Plenty of seating. Good prices. Bad value.
