COP EVERYWHERE, unfortunately. No one wants to eat in that hostile atmosphere, so the same goes for the pizza joint and wing stop that are in the same shopping center :(

Hands down the worst Chipotle in El Paso. I don’t know how this place is still open with how lazy and careless the staff are. I’ve been here twice, and both times were an absolute disaster.

First time, I ordered a kids quesadilla meal — simple, right? Instead, they gave me an adult quesadilla, ignored my order, and charged me full price. I told them it was supposed to be a kids meal, and they just shrugged it off like it wasn’t their problem. Not only was it the wrong order, but the attitude was terrible. You’d think that would’ve been enough for me to never come back, but I gave them a second chance. Big mistake.

Second time around, I tried ordering a kids meal again, and they literally tried to scam me. They skipped my third side and then tried to charge me extra for it. I had to call them out on it just to get what I was supposed to get in the first place. Then they asked me if I wanted a drink — uh, yeah, it comes with the meal. Chips too — which they conveniently forgot, and I didn’t even notice until I left. Awesome.

Tried calling the store to complain and guess what? No real human being to talk to — just a useless AI robot. This place clearly doesn’t care about customers or basic service. If you want to be overcharged, ignored, and walked all over, this is your place. Otherwise, run the other direction.

Food is good but very expensive for the amount of protein portion that is given. I ALWAYS have to ask and pay for extra of the guacamole because they ration to the max. For 16 dollars you'd think you would get a decent protein portion(and this does not include chips or a drink, just a steak bowl with extra quacamole).

People in the back are literally drinking Red Bulls with no gloves while making the food. Then when you ask for guac (which is $2.30 extra), they give you half a scoop.

Went to the UTEP location last week. Everything was good except that when I got home I noticed that the Carnitas bowl that I picked up had such a small amount of meat, it was very dissappointing. I basically got a salad bowl.

Service was terrible, and perhaps they need better customer service training. There were 3 people standing behind the counter and ignoring us. It wasn't until the cashier came out from the back and said the person who makes the burritos will be right out. The other men could use basic customer service and tell us it will just be a minute or "we'll be right with you"

The workers were rude and inattentive. The food was cold and the tortillas were stale asf. I am never coming again, and I am not recommending this Chipotle to my friends or family. Would rather drive to fountains and get the Chipotle there.

The workers have an attitude and we were waiting for a long time to get our food WITH NO LINE TO. THEY CHOSE TO NOT COMMUNICATE! literally waiting for 20 mins to order... Very disappointed and ridiculous.

Half size portions at most, left still hungry. I travel through 7 states regularly for work, never have looked at reviews for a Chipotle location until now just to see if maybe it was only me, but it appears to be the case here for a lot of people unfortunately. Also never thought I’d review a Chipotle location either but here I am.

I love Chipotle and it’s so disappointing to see how this location has the WORST customer service. I came in around 8:50pm they close at 10:00pm upon my arrival the girl in the cash register told me they were only serving what they had on the deli as she pointed to the protein (understandable since meat takes a while to cook and chop) I was fine with that. I order a bowl. The issue was when I got to my veggies I told the guy serving my bowl that I wanted cheese lettuce and guacamole. The lettuce bin was empty but I figure they would have more since it’s just lettuce. The guy looks at her and he tells me there is no more which (to me sounded crazy because I been to other locations and they always have veggies)and she process by telling me as well that there was not more lettuce.
I told her “ oh but don’t you guys close at 10 pm? “
She just told me they didn’t have any.
I ended up canceling my order because with no lettuce the bowl looked extremely low and sad. They were gonna charge me regular price as well so I choose not to take it. As I was walking out I just hear her say “yes I did ! I told her” in an upsetting tone.

Now I would had Understood if the issue was that they run out of produce! It happens but there was no sign outside the door before coming in that said so. I came in expecting this location to have everything.

I left and I went to the 6801 N Mesa location and they had everything fully stocked and I got my order completely.

Never coming back to this location I rather drive a little further and get good service and what I pay for than leftovers.
