Best Chipotle in town. Food is always consistent and staff is very polite and well mannered. They are fair with portions. Isaac and staff always welcoming. We drive from an area where we have a Chipotle closet to our house. Drive worth it. Happy to give this location 5 stars.

Management please look into this location. The chicken rice and beans have no flavor. They aren’t putting in seasoning. I only get any flavor when adding tabasco sauces. Huge disappointment from the amount I spent. The other locations in El Paso Texas I’ve been eating at are way better. Really upset. Chipotle lovers please STAY AWAY go to another location not this one!!!

Don't get the chicken!, every time I get it its full of ligaments and hard stuff, like 30 to 40% of the bowl will be just grissle, I don't know what part of the chicken they use but its disgusting, they should use just breast, other than that its pretty good I allways get barbacoa, and its awesome, but don't get the chicken! You will regret it!

It was amazing service that you welcomed me the smiles and it made me feel like I was at home. It was an overall clean environment. The food looked fresh and well-made. Didn’t have any complaints.

Pathetic Portion Sizes – Chipotle Has Gone Downhill
Review Body: I don’t know what’s going on with Chipotle lately, but the portion sizes have become an absolute joke. I’m paying close to $12 for a bowl and getting barely a scoop of rice, a sprinkle of beans, and what looks like a toddler-sized portion of meat. It’s insulting. This used to be a place where you got a decent, filling meal for the price. Now it feels like they’re rationing every ingredient like it’s wartime.
I literally watched the employee scrape the bottom of the pan like they were trying to avoid giving me a full spoon. When I asked for a bit more, I was met with attitude and still got nothing extra. For a company this big, this level of stinginess is unacceptable.
Chipotle, if you’re going to charge full price, at least give full portions. Until then, I’m taking my money elsewhere.
If you want to get a good portion size go to west town location!!! They do it right
