I’ve been here multiple times and at least on 3 occasions they have run out of rice or beef. How do you run out at 11am just upon opening? And still make you wait an additional 15 minutes. How? Poor planning equals me not coming back to this location. My hard earned money will go elsewhere.
To Chipotle management- this is considered to be a very successful franchise yet you walk in and looks like the typical Chico tacos with dirty tables, food on the floor and doors with smudges. I don’t like writing negative reviews but at the end of the day, you guys aren’t delivering to your consumers. You all should take pride in knowing your cemented in The Fountains and live up to it but instead, service and cleanliness points to Fox Plaza.
Update: people, don’t advertise on freshness if you can’t deliver on this as well….your made fresh tostadas were chewy which means more than likely, they were from yesterdays batch.

A little disappointed in my visit today. I was so ready to eat my bowl with some tortilla chips and the chips were so stale! I went back to change them out and was told they’re all from the same batch. I get it they’re only $2 but don’t advertise “made fresh everyday” and not have some fresh chips. Vibes KILLED. 👎🏼

I love the food because it has a combination of Mexican cuisine but also a touch of fresh food from sweet to salty chipotle will always fit my mood during my hunger and starvation! I will always hope the best through their thick and thin and tough times. Chipotle is very fresh for someone who wants to eat healthy and feel healthy, there is always a way that you can get what you want there, to everyone: please go there 🙏🏼

Unfortunately, I would recommend against ordering online. The past few times I’ve ordered online. They have forgotten things like the lettuce or the queso. They used to forget my drink so now I check and this time it wasn’t in there again. This time they forgot the lettuce once again.
