Was greeted by Bre hope I’m spelling her name correctly, this young lady showed extreme customer service, had a smile helped my grandson with suggestions and helped with my order. As a educator who teaches employment development skills one thing I work on is customer service, as this young lady demonstrated excellent customer service. Ari is an amazing employee. She was the ONLY ONE who was serving start to finish while everyone was in the back talking. She held her Composure and has great customer service. I hope the manager isn’t allowing this. If they are shame on them and they need to do better.. WAY TO BE A HARD WORKER ARI!!!

Upon arrival we where greeted by First Gentleman serving - who seemed frustrated that we where there by the look on his face instead of him helping he was very pushy and obviously does not have any customer service experience . Food was ok but not worth my family’s encounter with this employee we will not be dining at this location anymore.
Horrible service by short guy serving first gave attitude when me and my wife where looking at the options and started rushing us due to the rush coming in. Never coming back to this location also trash is falling over and seemed to be fully staffed.

Was picking up an on-line order for a customer. Arrived at 10:50 pm. Door was already locked even though they close at 11pm. I waited by the door for a good 5 minutes in the cold. There were 3-4 employees cleaning. Not one damn employee acknowledged me. A couple of them even laughed after a while. I was heated. Talk about rude ass employees. When I eat at Chipotle I usually order from this location. I will never spend my hard earned money at this place. I will let everyone know about the horrible service here. Would give negative 5 stars if I could. I also passed this information to the customer why her order that was ready had to get canceled. Military customer in a hotel. Imagine being this customer and not getting your food because of employees like this.

This chipotle used to be so good they used to give good portions but now it’s a coin flip everytime, there’s a tall skinny guy with a big Adam’s apple who seems to always be working nights that always gives the worse portions as soon as I see him when I walk in I decide to walk out and head to the Zaragoza location he serves the portions as if his life depended on it only one time did I let him serve me and I had to ask extra twice on everything and he still gave attitude he should really be talked too I worked in fast food for 4 years and even with my regional manager with me did I never underserve or give attitude like this pathetic guy does I also submitted a coparate complaint this is just a warning for people if they see him.
