Please evaluate the people you hire here!!! Waited almost an hour to pick up my order, only to find out it was ready already! They never updated the status of the order on the app, when I told the man in the drive thru about it, he just shrugged and said okay and ignored me after. One of the worst customer service experiences I've had in El Paso and by far the worst Chipotle in El Paso due to it's staff 👎

Don’t order any steak, I’ve given them a few chances on it and every time it has ruined my food. The steak has a lot of fat and nerves, inedible trash for what a customer pays. Unacceptable and extremely disgusting.

I told the lady 5 times to put everything on the side ,first thing she does put the sourcream on top i ask again to put please the rest on the side ,second thing she díd put the salsa on the top again , so i ask for another bowl ,she told me i needed to pay for that one as well or she couldnt make the other one ,horrible service
