Customer service was awesome but when I got home I noticed they charged me for 4 bowls and I only got 3. I tried to call the restaurant so I wouldn’t have to drive back but all I get is an automated system which does not help me at all. But the workers their were friendly and it Mia of just been an honest mistake.

We decided to get Chipotle tonight due to recent impressive inspection scores listed online. We ordered online via the app and waited over ten minutes for the app to update, when we arrived at the window the order was sitting ready and there was no notification provided it was ready. As we arrived home we found that we were missing sour cream in all of our orders (we weren’t notified if they were out and wouldn’t mind a replacement if so). Also, we were missing one fruit from...

This is my wife's go to spot. She loves the chicken and veggie bowls. I prefer the burrito style. We very rarely eat in the restaurant, mainly order on the app and pickup. Doing this I build up rewards points for a free entree.
