I’m on my brake from work decided to get some chipotle, order my food on the app i requested NAPKINS AND UTENSILS drove off thinking I will have those items when I opened my bag no napkins or utensils so how am I supposed to eat my bowl with ? Ugh can’t simply follow some instructions when it says on the receipt

Mostly everyone is great to deal with. Tonight the first gentleman that helped us was so nice and the cashier was amazing at customer service but whoever the girl is, is extremely unpleasant and makes ordering uncomfortable due to her lack of joy. She slams everything and stares at you like you are a inconvenience in her day and its not the first time dealing with her but everyone else is sweet and actually know what customer service is.

Extremely poor service. I did an Uber eats order and arrived as told in app. I arrived and man came to the window. I told him my name and he shook his head as though he was working on the order. I sat in the order pickup window over 20 minutes. Another guy came and he could not locate the order. Then finally a guy, named Dave, who claims to be a manager gets the order after I explained and I then pointed out the order sitting in the window look likes mine. He confirmed it was and I let him know that order was sitting there the entire time upon my arrival 15 to 20 minutes ago. I will never go back to this store because of the lazy careless employees. I ultimately canceled order.

It's good but the price for a bowl it ridiculous expensive $16 ???almost $20 dollars I got lots of meat it was good a very full bowl. Not so packed . Tho it might be prepped fresh but dang expensive.

I wouldn’t recommend coming here this is the second time I come to this location and get food poisoning they clearly aren’t keeping up with their sanitary conditions or properly cooking their meat! Steak is always not fully cooked and red and the chips I got were stale.

Honestly, the food was really good. I liked it a lot that it had a lot of flavor. BUT.. in a bowl, it came like 3/4 parts of rice, and two little pieces of carnitas.. I understand that it should be more rice than protein.. but the difference that I saw was excessive, I didn’t really eat much meat in this plate

I arrived at this Chipotle location about two hours before closing, and right from the start, the staff seemed annoyed that I was even there. Their attitude was dismissive and rushed, like they were already done for the night.
I ordered a bowl and was given a ridiculously small portion of chicken. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one-time thing. Every time I visit this location, the portions are consistently stingy, and the quality of the food is subpar at best considering you’re spending over $10 a bowl. Reading previous reviews I found out I wasn’t the only one who encountered this problem.
The chicken was dry, the rice was undercooked, and overall, the meal felt slapped together without any care. I’m officially done with this location and won’t be returning. If you’re looking for decent service and good food, I’d suggest going elsewhere.
If I could give this location a 0 stars I would, I ordered 2 kids quesadillas and asked for their meat to be put on the side, the manager Vivian Arrieta very rudely tried to charge me for the portions of meat in the side as extra when no other chipotle in El Paso has EVER charged me for 2 portions of meat for the kids meals. Very upsetting

I tried the new Chipotle honey chicken with black beans, rice, and tomato salsa and it was good. The watermelon drink is delicious and the ingredients for the salsa are fresh!
