Went today. Poor service, everyone looks miserable doing the bare minimum. Poor serving sizes and even more so if u order it for delivery or pick up! THEY CHARGED ME AN EXTRA $5.50 BECAUSE THE FIRST SCOOP THEY GAVE ME WAS THE PORTION FOR LIKE A TODDLER. Will drive elsewhere. Even on doordash everyone complains about the same mentioned above. Save yourself time and looking at these poor souls; go to another location.

This has to be the most disgraceful and disorganized Chipotle I’ve come across. As a massive fan of the franchise, my expectations for the brand are realistic: ie. running out of food, tiny amount of protein, decent temps, yet pretty tasty food. This place can’t seem to get any of it right.Whether it’s the system being down, no steak at 6pm, “out of black beans,” messy all throughout, or stale tortilla chips, they just can’t seem to get it right.

Worst Chipotle in El Paso, which isn't saying alot, of course. So, prior to my last experience, I had to request that my food be remade something I really don't enjoy doing and definitely don't enjoy being that guy who has to speak to a supervisor and heavily debated about just accepting the situation. To sum up the experience, the employee who was working the front had decided to clean the serving counter with his gloved hand, and then use that hand to add cheese to my food ???. Thankfully another employee at the time remade my food.Flash forward too today, I walk in and see that same employee again with his gloved hands leaning on the counter. Hypothetically, and hopefully that counter is clean, but regardless I am sure that most customers would prefer that if they are about to be served that an employee wouldn't be putting their hands on anything but the utensils used to serve food.I debated about dealing with it again not wanting to be that customer who complains, and perhaps it was the bad experience I had with that employee before but I decided to try to go through the drive through, unaware that it's for pick up only. When I pulled up to the window a different employee walked up to inform me that it was for pick up only...then just walked away saying nothing else or offering any sort of help whatsoever ?.I decided to go back in, and choose to be that customer and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor, I was pointed to Gabrielle or Gabriella, one of those names. She was extremely reluctant to hear what I had to say and seemed upset to even be having to speak with me. I told her of the situation, and she seemed to be almost shocked by my request to even ask for someone else to help me, and acted as though his actions and lack of cleanliness was more than acceptable, finally and again very reluctantly she offered to make my food herself.This definitely is the last time I ever go back, and 100 percent recommend going anywhere else or making the drive to the other location on Zaragoza.

Super friendly staff and DELICIOUS FOOD! great way to lose weight and eat good! Lost 22 lbs by eating Chipotle 3-4 times a week. Or more most weeks. Way to-go guys! ????Vegetarian options: Great way to lose weight and eat good. Cheaper than McDonalds.

Today I spent $45 on 2 chipotle bowls. Yes, with that alone it shows that is an issue alone. $20 for a bowl with little scraps of meat and topped it with rice and lettuce is WILD. Definitely not going back as it is literally no longer worth it.

The inability to use gift cards on the app or online without first creating a profile is unacceptable.the only thing that would cause me to return is how pleasant the staff was regardless of how rude I was upon entering (solely due to our difficulty ordering online or through the app)

I ordered a barbacoa bowl on the app, I picked it up and when I got home I saw that it was a huge bowl of rice and CHUNKS of fat. This was all the meat in the bowl.
