I wish I would have taken pics of my Corned Beef Reuben. Fantastic!! They use Boar's Head meats so you know it is quality. Stacked so high I just barely finished the whole thing! Will definitely go again and bring the family. Is it totally like NY Bronx deli? No. Is it still an awesome sandwich place? Hell yeah!

We have never been here since we’re new in town. We called them and they said we can place the order over the phone. 3/24/19 . They were not helpful at all since we can only order by the name of the sandwich. She was extremely annoyed and rude. She offered no help when I tried to order a ham and Swiss sandwich. Geesh really? You don’t know your products for a simple ham and Swiss sandwich. Had to cancel the order. We’re a family of five. First time with bad customer service since arriving in El Paso.

Had the Mikey Carbone sandwich. A chicken sandwich with onion, mayo, and roasted peppers. Chicken patti is a little thin, but otherwise a good sandwich

It is a dirty place, lazy waiter, and the temperature is hot when its 100 degrees outside! But the waiter is very good for the gossip.

I had my spouse go in and order two of their Reuben sandwiches. I was quite disappointed with the kid sized amount of fries and a soggy sandwich. I then decided to call in and ask if this could all be fixed due to the less than appealing presentation of the meal. I spoke to Andrew, the store manager. He called the owner and they could not replace or refund the entire order but agreed to replace one full meal which sounded great to me. Andrews exceptional customer service completely made up for the soggy mess we were given. I am actually more than grateful for Andrew's friendliness and eager attempt to remedy the situation.

The food was good but the service was terrible! The kid who took our order was the biggest screw up I've seen in a while. He's probably the owners son. Hopefully he gets booted out. Be warned!

Check Your Bank Statements if you pay with a card here! I checked my bank statement and saw chubbys had charged me Multiple times! They charged me for my sandwich PLUS charged me additional times equaling an extra $8.70! Make sure they didn't over charge you.

Worst place to eat. Terrible service and terrible food. My family and I were treated horribly. We ordered food and some of it was still frozen. After we let the guy know he asked if we wanted a box to take it home and heat it up there. We are never going back.

Food is awesome. Service is terrible. I was one of 2 people there, it took 30 mins to get my sandwich. And they gave me the other guys sandwich. Took them another 15 mins to get me mine. It was delicious. But not worth the time or hassle.
