The staff was nice. We went there to celebrate my nephews championship game. Everything was good until we had to wait almost an hour. We got the pizza had almost no sauce. My nephew got a slice an got a huge hait in the stuff crust. I understand its busy but when the general manager Luis came to talk to me automatically told me i won't refund you instead of apologizing and being rude. I told him if it would take an hour again for the remake he said well we are busy if not eat that one. I was so upset when he told me would you refund someone for a hair? Absolutely sr. Horrible job by this man talking to me rude and loud all the people around me staring at him. Never again !! My nephew started crying when we had to leave . This is so horrible especially infront of kids.

Girl in front obviously didn’t know what a gluten free crust was. Which is OKAY! She called the manager over who immediately said I DO NOT DO REFUNDS! That’s not what i wanted.. my kid has celiac disease and will get hospitalized if she eats gluten. Not only was he rude to me, but we was SO CONDESCENDING to the poor girl up front. I felt bad even being there. Food was excellent and we love coming because of the gluten free pizza… will rethink next time.

Spent over 100$ for my kids party here, waited over 1 hr for 2 pizzas! When confronted about it, was told they lost my ticket and never made the food. When I asked to speak to the General manager Louis, I was completely ignored by him, he walked away while I was mid sentence and told someone else to handle it!!! Completely UNPROFESSIONAL!
The ladies in the front were great with customer service but besides that. The management needs some serious work.

We got there around 4pm. It was virtually empty but the tables were filthy, empty paper towels, no straws, and every employee either standing around chatting, or hiding behind a counter on their phones. Save your money!!!

I got the membership for my son. What a great deal. My son has severe allergies and can be outside for long periods. This was a cost effective and safe place for his to get some play time in.

Horrible experience. Went there and on our way out like most of us with kids we went to cash in the tickets. So when we did that the older person that was behind the counter got instantly frustrated with all the kids trying to get stuff. When it was my sons turn he raised his voice at them multiple until I finally told my kids lets just go. If you don't like working with kids don't work here.
