Brandon working the front desk was so kind, patient, and helpful (actually all the staff we encountered were very patient, I just didn’t catch their names unfortunately)! The pizza was actually pretty good (2 large pepperonis). The only negative was quite a few of the games were broken, so it left few games for the amount of people visiting. This location is also smaller than other CECs we’ve been to in other cities, but it was still a very pleasant experience.Kid-friendliness: Kids had fun playing the games and enjoyed the pizza.

I just got invited to a birthday party today and it was the best experience. The food was so good I even had 5 slices of pizza and had dipping dots ice cream which was so yummy. The service is very nice too, they are so nice and they are very hard workers. The atmosphere was fun, I saw a lot of people eating together as a family, there was a few birthday parties and the kids got excited and wanted to have fun with Chuck E.Kid-friendliness: The kid friendliness is everywhere in chuck e cheese. There is arcade games and yummy food for kids to enjoy. Their slogan even says "Where a kid can be a kid."

The manager was rude, the place was almost empty, we ordered four pizzas and after over an hour, like an hour and a half we still had no pizza and not even an apology from the manager. After going to him twice already to check on the order, I asked for a refund. He was refusing to give me back my money because he said the pizzas were out already and ready and on the table. There was nothing on the table but our drinks. I told him firmly I want my money back for a service that wasn't provided and end of story. He made a face and refund the money and we left to PETER PIPER PIZZA that is always busy ordered and got 8 large pizzas in 20 minutes with 15 drinks and for less.

As far as management and our server it was great. Pizza was also pretty good. Only complaint was I couldn’t buy myself and my wife a beer. Also you can. Only buy two beers(ultra). Peter piper gives us pitchers ?. Let us live!
