My son loves going to chuckie cheese but the young lady at the joe battle location is always in a bad mood. You have to continuously probe questions to get responses to what you need. It's sad because families come to have a good time then the person attending you at the front is dismissive and short. Invest in some customer service training for your employees please!

They made us fight to get our deposit back, they turned off the soda machines 30 minutes early. The amount of tickets the games say they give is not correct. Over priced everything. The staff were rude and uncaring, they turned the ac off as soon as last call hit. Never again will I waste money here. Better to go to Peter pipers
