There are always a bunch of people working but ALWAYS one person on the register. No matter how long the line gets the other employees will NEVER come help. I don't even know why they stamp your hands when out of all the employees, no one is ever doing their job.

Many people come here to celebrate birthdays but our family enjoys coming here any day of the week to spend quality time together. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and professional.

Kinda expensive, the Trampoline/adventure area was very over crowded paid $15 for my daughter to use it and she couldn't because there were so many kid in it, wish they had time limits for the color bands. The games were ok, a lot of broken ones. Food was very over priced for the quality. The ticket to have ratio was really low, had used 120 credits and got only 100 tickets my daughter couldn't get anything I would rather go to peter piper, cheaper, better games and better food. I had gotten 30 times the about of tickets for the prizes for the same amount I paid for those 120 credits. My daughter was able to walk out with a lot of prizes at peter and she loved it. I don't think I will go back unless Chuck E. cheese is the only place to go.

If you come in don't pay the $12 dollars to use the trampoline zone. I paid it only to find out that there is nobody checking to see if the kids going in have paid. While we were here most of the kids didn't have the Chuck E Cheese socks on which indicated they had not paid. If your going to charge, then make sure everyone does or then let everyone in for free.

The Chuck E. Cheese brandās biggest selling point is the peace of mind they provide by having someone validating children leaving the facility are tagged with the same stamp as those theyāre leaving with. This is the 2nd time now that weāve come and thereās no one working in the front.
The other concerning thing is that every empty table was full of trash and half eaten food from the previous customers. I asked the front desk employee if they had someone to clean and was told āno, they donāt come in until around 5, weāre always really short staffed in the morning.ā It was 3:30pm at this time and the place was packed with parties and patrons.
Coming to a facility where the front of the house is filthy, makes me wonder what the back of the house looks like. The manager here needs to seriously consider hiring or staffing for weekends appropriately to ensure their employees donāt get burnt out and their guests feel like itās safe to eat at.

If I could leave zero stars I would. This location RUINED MY DAUGHTERS 2ND BIRTHDAY! I asked for the upgraded pack from 8-10 and when I showed no one batted an eye towards us for almost 30 MINUTES INTO OUR $200 RESERVATION! We were supposed to have a dedicated host and host was awful and was never around. Not only was the customer service trash but we were also surrounded by trash! It wasnāt just the tables around us with trash it was EVERY SINGLE TABLE IT WAS DISGUSTING! The restrooms? Every single stall was full of urine in the womenās restroom and NONE OF THE STALLS HAD TOILET PAPER! THE WORST EXPERIENCE! We had to hunt someone down to get our show started, the show that you know came with the upgraded party pack? And by the time we got someone it was about to be closing time and we had to rush everything as far as singing happy birthday. They gave us 2 free visits for the āinconvenienceā and still had us pay. The experience was so bad I didnāt even take pictures of my baby because I was so busy trying to get someone to help us out the entire 2 hour stay. This place is so horrible and disgusting to the point that I donāt even want their free stuff. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY DONT DO IT!
