Do not get your kids party here! We had gotten the “mega package” and didn’t receive non of what i got! I had one table, it was super unorganized i had to wait for my own package like huh. Was surrounded by 5 other parties it was uncomfortable to sit. Waited on hr or longer on the food. I guess this how they treat the guest. Talked to workers and was told this what i got. LOL!

Good games and the service is terrible. They never told us what time the kitchen closed. We went back to order Wings and pizza, one of the girls was very rude to respond. They threw the garbage on my daughter. Apart from that, the taste of the wings was horrible, like they were spoiled ?. It's the WORST chuckE.Cheese I've ever visited ?

First of all, they didn’t mark our wrists when we arrived. (At the end they didn’t want to let us go because we didn’t have the marks)… then the cashier kept my chuck e cheese card and didn’t even charge me. When we got our prizes the other cashier kept my card again! I had to go ask. They said they didn’t have it but they had like 6 more there… They ended up giving me a new card with points.When my friend got home she remembered they didn’t give her her card back!!The service sucks! There is no one ever there in the front. It sucks that it is the cashier the one who bakes the pizza too!…

This is a really nice location. It's bigger than the west side location. The pizza was excellent. I really liked the salad bar.
