Downtown El Paso Church's Chicken is unfortunately not a family oriented place to go. 1st wasn't asked if I preferred Regular or extra crisspy prior to the 15mins of wait time. Ticket said Regular served extra. No dine in tables available except for ones infront of loud mouth male Team members using profanity. If there was any real management in site or Team leader, this type of behavior should be at Zero Tolerance. In 1983 I was proud to join a team that took me up to becoming an Assistant manager within two years for Church's fried chicken. I could drop 5bird in less then 2mins but thats besides the point. This place doesn't deserve the name. Hot meal was there only good point unfortunately
Good fast food options, good food at franchise prices. The location of the restaurant is downtown El Paso which was hit hard by the pandemic and looks abandoned and not very safe. The bad thing is that their POS does not work with Mexican credit cards, something absurd for a business on the border with Mexico and with a large Mexican clientele.

My order was long taking and my food was no what we expected we waited for pies and my chicken hot cold and it was all spicy so my 83 year old mother was not able to eat and my young children could not either so a very bad experience I can not give them

You're a lady that works in the front as a cashier very rude, she tries to rush and get you out of the way doesn't say thank you and gives you ugly looks what kind of service is that we come to eat. We pay for our food not to get the service. Like get out of the way that's the way she makes you feel.
