Corporate needs to have this location re-trained ON ALL ASPECTS. We have gone a couple of times and they are rude and we are always missing something in our order. So by the time we get home who wants to go back after a long days work. And to top it off our chicken strips that we ordered looked more like nuggets and were hard and rubbery. OHHHH And what Texas Southern Chicestablishment doesn't have WHITE GRAVY? Why was it removed?

Worst experience ever ordering chicken from any business. Rude employees, extremely long wait times, and they always get something in the order wrong. For the price just go next door to KFC. I'm not one to post negative reviews but this time they earned it. Also please cook your chicken all the way through, many were still pink as heck in the middle,specifically the thighs.

They really need to get better staff and better management. I’ve been going here for a while and it’s always the same thing either fries are missing or sauces always check your order before leaving this place. I went today the guy at the drive through didn’t even ask what sauce I wanted my wings to finish it off I never got my drink I drove off with out realizing because they hadn’t gave me ranch. This place is ridiculous! Also not to mention a while back about 3 months ago I had gone and there was a gut literally eating Cheetos next to the drive through window! And I can say much more! I really hope something is done about this place!
