Restaurant closes at 9pm, got there at 7:15pm. Ordered chicken tenders, they said it would be a 10 min wait… we said that’s ok. Then we ordered a 10 piece family meal and we were told that would be a 30 min wait…mind you, there was ZERO customers there. I’m assuming the employees were trying to leave early or I’m not sure what the case was but it’s very disappointing to be told we’d have to wait 30+ minutes to get an order when it’s no where near close time.

The truth is that the chicken is nothing special, it looks and tastes like Walmart's fried chicken, but more expensive, the facilities invite you to leave quickly, they are not welcoming or comfortable, even the A/C is too high, in During my visit, no one stayed to eat there for the same reason. If you decide to stay, the staff is not very friendly, perhaps why they have to clean up afterward. The biscuits are very good, but neither that nor the price justify going. I'd rather spend two more dollars and eat comfortable at KFC

Lobby was closed super early, wasn’t even 8 o clock, we were 7:45 and lobby closed so had to get in line for the drive thru for an order I made in the app, I made the order thru app cause it suppose to be faster but ended up waiting about 25 mins, no complains about the food but horrible personnel

I was waiting for my order to come in as a dine-in. It was taking too long and when I went to check on it, the girl WAS EATING in the back. She acted surprised. Then I asked for my order if it was ready. And she then proceeded to grab my food with her hands just like that same gloves. I didn't eat it. The big guy at the register was literally standing there. The girl had bright red hair. Avoid. I was like wow the employees here eat before the clients?
