This location is by far the worst location in EL Paso. I have visited this location 3 times and never met basic expectations.They have horrible customer service and food is awful. I have been a Churches dinner for a very long time and this location is not a representation of the actual corporation. I live super close and I commute to the location on Dyer street when craving Churches.

Went there last night around 855 and went to the drive thru no one answered there was about 4 cars in line as well so we called the store n the manager answered n said they closed at 830. The website said 10 n we had address that issue n she responded oh n hung up. As we drove pass the window u can see the employee with a lighter blue shirt which why ik it was a shift lead manager with the phone in her hand. The manager was very rude when we called back n asked to leave a call back number for the manager to report the issue she once again hung up. You can check your cameras around 9pm This employees behavior is not manager material. Maybe put up a sign saying yall are closing earlier than what the actual company has listed on your time schedule.

Closing time appears to be whenever the staff feels like it. Today, I was told that they close at 8PM, last week was 8:30 (same day of the week). I've waited for more than 10 minutes for in-store service during non-peak hours. When the staff is willing to work, it's pretty good, unfortunately the staff seems unwilling the majority of the time I've tried to go there.

Got there at 8:04 & they said they closed at 8 & stated they didn’t have anymore sides, only regular chicken… although I understand closing hours are set, for this location it seems as they fluctuate depending on the employees will to be there & do their job. It says on Google that this location is open until 10pm… we drove away from home to come here. Looks like this is the last time I’m coming to this location, & I’ll take my business to Don Carbon next door.

WORST Service EVER! I had made several complaints and there is no change at all. Its always something with the place. Asked for the office number and the girl gave me the wrong one! Thinking I would not find the correct one. Dirty place the lights from the chicken table OFF how its the chicken going to be hot like that? It was like 6 workers and non could pick up trays😂 HORRIBLE HORRIBLE SERVICE 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
Horrible establishment. Managers Ivan and Cynthia are seriously unprofessional. No one had on gloves at all, and to mention i even seen a guy blow his nose and hand out a tray or biscuits without washing his hands.

The server, who is placing items on your to go box, had an attitude because I asked if it was possible to change one of the items. I even said it was fine because of the attitude he gave me. What happened to customer service 🤔
I came to grab a quick bite for my child and I. I was the only customer in the store, and it took them 7 minutes to take my order! I am going to assume the other employees don't know how to work the register or something. The lady that was working drive- thru was finally able to take my order, and she was pleasant to deal with. My chicken tenders were cooked thoroughly, and the sides were delicious. I believe I paid $11 for a 5 piece tender (no drink). I don't think this meal warrants an $11 price tag, but the cost of things is steadily rising, so it's understandable.
