Probably the worst service I've gotten ever....went through drive through lady took my order didn't even pay attention. They said it take 5 minute wait to make came out with the wrong wings and drink, they took it back and came out again telling me they dont have those exact wings anymore they ran out, they gave me some small wings and some bone in wings that taste like they've been there for hours. And still forgot my buscuit.. I thought this place was better but after 2 years coming back was a mistake save your money cuz this place should just close

Lazy employees at register! Aside from chicken cook and a young man who FIXED our order. The manager is extremely aggressive with his words and doesn't seem to manage his staff, watched a drive thru order sit on counter for over 10 minutes, when customer was asked to pull around and park, simply because they didn't park close enough to the door and the female at register refused to walk too far!! MANAGER shrugged it off and both laughed. KFC is 3 blocks down.

After all the times my family and I have came to this place, we've always loved the service and especially the food. Momentarily i guess they're day wasn't what they expected, neither was mine but it wasnt an excuse to treat people like trash. All in all the service was terrible, but can't argue, I mean look at where theyre working, I'll be giving an attitude as well. Smile some more Luisa, and act educated Luis. But have a blessed and warm day. Happy pride !!
I just went 20 minutes ago and the service was horrible and I got the 3 tender meal and all 3 tenders were hard to chew even to cut it… bad bad bad.. I had to throw it away. Waste of money…

I went to churches on Copia I got that 10-piece meal with biscuits of course. I asked them for packs of honey and told them I was willing to pay for them if necessary they said they could not give me any or I couldn't not purchase them either, which I find ridiculous. Never got my extra honey for my biscuits

I was waiting for sister in law. She asked for a chicken spicy sandwich it was small for a 8 year old. Terrible last time I went churches gave me a big chicken sandwich. I called lady said it a new chicken. You people are big time losers. I won’t ever go back to buy anything from Churches

I am a frequent customer at this store using the drive thru and have always experienced good service, However, this past Thursday April 24, 2025, I arrived at 7:50 pm due to the surrounding street closures and the store was already closed, even though the hours at the door show were open until 8:00. I even showed the time thru the door and his attitude was like he did not care. I think they should pick and train better their closing employees!
