We always get six spicy chicken legs six regular chicken legs 20 piece spicy chicken tenders with only three original large mashed potatoes and gravy and the macaroni and cheese with extra brown gravy is the dipping sauce at this particular one you can't get that you can only get six chicken legs with six breasts you can't even buy the chicken legs individually like we used to do then when I called to complain about spending $68 for food that they didn't even get right no that's the way we do it here I refuse to go to this one ever again their place is not clean on the inside their service stinks

Today I went to the drive-thru at the Church's Chicken on Dyer I ordered a three-piece mixed when I got to the window the person at the window was polite he said that they didn't have the pieces and did I want to substitute the pieces I agreed.The person in the back her name was Rosie or Rosa he had she rolled her eyes with an attitude and put the chicken back whatever she had in the box I think that's very uncalled for and unprofessional the management at that establishment should give training to this individual she should know how to react and how to control her facial expression when dealing with customers either through the drive-thru or at the counter.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Only putting one star because you have to in order to leave a review if not it would be negative stars. I had a very disappointing experience at this Church’s Chicken location. The customer service was unacceptable—the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I simply asked if they sold drumsticks, the employee could not provide a clear answer. Instead of assisting me, she responded with hostility and engaged in an uncomfortable stare-off, as if she was trying to escalate the situation. This was especially distressing as I am pregnant and did not expect such unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against visiting this location if you can avoid it. The lack of basic customer service and respect makes for an unpleasant experience. Management should seriously address these issues. “Adhery” or however you spell her name was very rude.
