DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Only putting one star because you have to in order to leave a review if not it would be negative stars. I had a very disappointing experience at this Church’s Chicken location. The customer service was unacceptable—the staff was extremely rude and unhelpful. When I simply asked if they sold drumsticks, the employee could not provide a clear answer. Instead of assisting me, she responded with hostility and engaged in an uncomfortable stare-off, as if she was trying to escalate the situation. This was especially distressing as I am pregnant and did not expect such unprofessional behavior. I strongly advise against visiting this location if you can avoid it. The lack of basic customer service and respect makes for an unpleasant experience. Management should seriously address these issues. “Adhery” or however you spell her name was very rude.

Was so sad to see I got corn instead of the baked Mac and cheese that's listed on my receipt

The fries tasted like they were fried in old oil. My husband and I got sick that evening.

The girl in the red had an attitude and was short with me. How rude. I am tired of being treated with disrespect as a white disabled woman. No. I'm not racist. I don't like rude employees and I came in with a smile.

The food redeemed the atmosphere otherwise. Flavorful and fresh.

Very bad service at this location. Rude staff!

Denisse

Very rude workers. The girls there have no common courtesy and have no customer service etiquette. If you don’t want to work there, don’t! Beats being rude to customers.

Texas Church's Chicken offers a solid meal with a taste that doesn't disappoint. The chicken was flavorful and cooked to perfection. While the prices are a bit on the higher side, the quality of the food makes it worth it. If you're willing to spend a little more for good-tasting chicken, Texas Church's Chicken is a great choice.
