This location has friendly and quick customer service. My order was 100% correct. My food was hot and delicious, just like you would expect. The dining area was clean and orderly too.

I left a review a few weeks ago, and it was removed somehow, so I thought it would be helpful to inform the public that this establishment stole my card information. The person who took it decided to try and spend $600 on a site called prize picks, so please be very careful before using any of your cards.

Gave me the wrong food, then threw away the food into the trash in front of me. I don't think customers should be seeing that, especially when there's a homeless person right outside.They made me wait 5-10mim for fries til someone was available to help. I noticed there was a girl available, so she tried to help and told her what happened, but some other girl yelled at her and told her not to help me as that girl needed to instead. That girl has a bad attitude. They didn't even have any fries ready, and the first girl could have at least started the fries instead of the second girl yelling at her to not do anything. Just wasting time. I got home to the rest of my food cold. On top of that... the chicken was lacking a lot of flavor... That girl should not be in food service if she's going to yell at employees and throw food in front of customers. I wish I got her name.I'll be calling corporate about this

It's good chicken at a good price! But that service at the cashier is just horrid. The girl behind the register could not be any more miserable and rude.
So, went thru the drive thru and got my wife a spicy 3 piece combo. Dropped it off for her and had to go back to work. Apparently they gave her a 2 piece and only one of them was spicy. She was craving chicken and frankly that was an absolute let down. Do better Church's, Popeye's ain't that far for me to switch my go to chicken spot.

I've never eaten at a church's chicken before. I ordered through the drive through and the intercom was very hard to understand, but the food was great. I never thought about dipping chicken fingers in gravy and it was delicious!!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I walked in for take out. I wanted to order spicy chicken but they girl looked at the rack and said they only have original chicken. But I watched an employee drop chicken to cook for a customer/freind in the drive thru line. Amazing how if you know someone you can get whatever cooked fresh and if you dont they dont want your business.
Food is pretty good, reasonable prices, inside seems.... Not the cleanest, but staff is friendly. I definitely recommend walking inside to order, the drive thru seems to somehow always be

I guess your drive through is for catching up with old friends not actually getting food. I sat behind a guy and watched as he showed the guy working the Drive-Thru pictures off his phone. Never saw him had any food or drinks to the car. Just a 5 to 10 minute conversation while I waited for my food. Then when I finally get up there he made no apologies didn't even offer me a discount on the food for having to wait for him to finish his conversation. Hire people that understand they're at work. They are working at a job and they need to grow up. Worst part, I asked for extra crispy fried okra and I got barely cooked at best.

Definitely did not live up to the "hype". Ate at 2 so far, the first one was ok, but still nothing to write home about. This experience was worse. Usually I give a place 3 chances, but not sure I would do that to myself.

Whenever I fly into El Paso, I try to stop thru and pick up some Church's for my mother, who lives in New Mexico, and there is no Church's in her city.
