Haven't been to this location in a good while.. very disappointed, the chicken was cold, it tasted like it had been sitting for long time, the fried okra was also cold and tasted horrible like it had been sitting all day,the biscuits looked like the were smashed together and thrown in the bag and stepped on.. don't recommend this location at all..

haven’t been here in a while super disappointed i got the 12 piece family meal and an extra 6 breads 45$ bread crumbing in the bag so dry they couldn’t even stay together. dont eat the corn it cream corn not corn in a cup like the lady said chicken was dry all in all really bad. won’t return to this location

Stopped by at a second churches around 6 o’clock And they were also out of mac & cheese as well I Asked if they were able to cook more mac & cheese They said it would take 20 minutes so I said I’ll wait . They looked a little upset I thought to myself why would they not cook more if it’s 6 o’clock and they close at 10 PM. Disappointed in churches, chicken, franchise, in El Paso, Texas there have been Multiple times at multiple churches, chicken restaurants running out of food to early.

Should've driven away when I could. Placed a mobile order through their app, went pick up, had to wait 5 min to get help in the drive through, I tell the lady Im here to pickup a mobile order, she questions me and tells me that I have to pickup inside if it's an Uber eats order, I told her it's not. She questioned me at least 3 times about the order being for myself or an Uber eats order like she not beleive me... why do this to a customer. Got the chicken, went home, the quality of the chicken was just disgusting and a big waste of money, from the attitude a received from the worker I knew I was not gonna have a good quality meal that day. Hope someone does something about this location.

The service was awful. The manager had a very rude and unpleasant attitude. They only sell what they want to sell. The drinks were tasteless, and the bathrooms were disgusting, filthy, with trash on the floor and a terrible smell. They have no hygiene or humanity in this place. If I could give them zero stars, I would! I really hope that if the owner of this place cares at all about their customers, they'll do something about it!
Went threw Drive thue yesterday about 6 pm crew wearing hats backwards ,very rude and then they served the new chicken dry as hell ..😡

Old Churches was phenomenonal. Now, most employees are tatted, fail to listen, and clean their own floor, I accidentally dropped sweet tea, and I informed two employees, yet no one mopped.
