I had showed up around 9:20 to get the worst severs they took my order and get to the window took my order again were I even for got that I order poppers and get home to a cold dinner I called to the store to talk to manager there wasn’t one present so called they next day and they don’t no how to resolve their problem so I am going to call corporate and hopefully it does get resolved because I spend about $45 and come home to cold meal I do not recommend this churches, low standard people and management

I ordered a smokehouse combo through drive thru. When I got home, I opened up the box and saw that the chicken wasn't spicy at all. They forgot the seasoning. I drove back and the lady only poured a little bit of seasoning on it. Even though before I went, I called them, and they said they would reimburse me the brand new chicken. Never coming here again, absolute buffoonery at this establishment.

I used to love Church's chicken, but this was a horrible letdown. I should have taken pictures to visualize my disappointment. We went inside to order to go and purchased the 15 piece chicken tenders, 6 jalapeno bombers, and a chicken sandwich. We chose french fries as our side item. I will admit we did not check the bag until we were driving away and realized they had not included the jalapeno bombers, so we turned around and went through the drive-through to request the missing item. The staff fixed the problem without any problem and we drove away. Upon arriving home to eat the food, my first 2 chicken tenders were mainly fried breading and severely dried out chicken. The third I attempted to eat had a bone in it. The jalapeno bombers don't seem to be real cheese and very little jalapeno in them, and I only had one but broke open two more. Needless to say, the chicken tenders and bombers were horrible. The only decent item was the french fries, but my appetite was gone by then and basically spent $45 to throw it in the trash. In the end, the staff was friendly and the service was quick and fixed our issue without a problem so that was nice, but the food was horrible. Will not be going there again.

The hours of operation that are posted say open until 10.p.m. however at 9:15 the employees are stating they are closed the female at the drive thru was super rude about it "we are closed we don't have anything and closed the window"
