This location all of a sudden want the customers to get off to get their online orders. Some of us don’t have that option especially when you disabled parents who can’t walk.

I have been here a hand full of times mainly to get dinner. Every single time some part of my order is wrong. The staff can't seem to get anything correct. Always have to wait longer because they don't have enough food already prepped. Church's chicken is a fast food chain. This location specifically is slow I don't think fast is something they comprehend what so ever at all.

Food is always good. Service is fast and polite most of the time. Restrooms need more attention. Tables are clean most of the time.
I had showed up around 9:20 to get the worst severs they took my order and get to the window took my order again were I even for got that I order poppers and get home to a cold dinner I called to the store to talk to manager there wasn’t one present so called they next day and they don’t no how to resolve their problem so I am going to call corporate and hopefully it does get resolved because I spend about $45 and come home to cold meal I do not recommend this churches, low standard people and management

I ordered a smokehouse combo through drive thru. When I got home, I opened up the box and saw that the chicken wasn't spicy at all. They forgot the seasoning. I drove back and the lady only poured a little bit of seasoning on it. Even though before I went, I called them, and they said they would reimburse me the brand new chicken. Never coming here again, absolute buffoonery at this establishment.
