We ordered the buffet, and it was good, with a variety of pizzas and salads. The names of the dressings, sauces, pastas, soups, and several toppings were missing. We liked everything we tried.
Kid-friendliness: They have a children's menu. They have vending machines selling toys, stuffed animals, and candy.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yeah.

Unfortunately, Cicis Pizza at this location off Mesa used to be one of my favorite places.
The quality of their pizza đ has dropped drastically since 2024.
The flat bread pizza has lots of toppings with a ton of sauce.
Every bite is a disaster đ«, everything falls off, and you're left with a piece of bread and sauce. Whereas the pizza itself has nearly no toppings, they don't bother to pat the toppings down, so coming out of the oven, it's hot and looks delicious, yet one bite and boom, everything slides off and hits either your clothes or if lucky hit the plate.
I'm very, very disappointed and will never go back to this location again.
The guy mopping the floor comes to your table. Of course, they don't use gloves and just touch everything on your table, as if they were sworn an oath to just grab your plate without asking. Especially when they only speak Spanish and are probably not legally allowed to work in a facility like Cicis.
Definitely do not recommend this location unless you only speak Spanish.

I come in the restaurant "Cici's" on Mesa St, waited about good 5 minutes and no one was at the cashier. I hit the 3 and she claims to not be valid with an attitude as I have to do it in front of her. I do it again. I try it again, hit the 3 again, and she claims is not valid as I have to get it right the first time, with an attitude. The only reason why I stayed to eat here was because my kid, but the way that woman mistreated me as a customer... SMH
Rude ass manager, and trying to argue with little kids

I was hoping for a good pizza, but unfortunately, it was pretty underwhelming. To it off, the workers looked like they didnât want to be there, which made the whole experience feel even less enjoyable. For the price, there are definitely better pizza spots around.I wouldnât go back, as it just didnât meet my expectations.

Cici's on N Mesa has all the pizza you can eat!
Drop by for an after church snack. We beat the lunch crowd at noon.
Plenty of pizza varieties, from you classic pepperoni to your special barbecue or buffalo chicken pizza. They have the savory. They have the sweet - cinnamon, chocolate, or apple fritter flavored pizza too.
If you're in the mood for something other than pizza, they have pasta, and white and red sauces. If you're in the mood for something light, then salad and vegetables are on the buffet menu.
Drink station has your Coke products. No alcohol at this location as it is a family spot. There is small game room for those looking for non food diversion.
The staff are great and they move fast to keep the dining area clean.
If you like CiCi's this location will fill you up.

The salad looked wilted and old. They charged my 11y/o as an adult. The amount they charged now. It would be better to get the Peter Piper buffet.

Recently my wife and I went to eat, frankly we were pleasantly surprised, we had passed in front of the place and we were imagining a pizza place for children, until we decided to go in to eat and we really liked it, it is a buffet that consists of salad, pasta, soup, a wide variety of pizzas (very good), desserts, ahh also the drink, as if that were not enough, when we were choosing the pizza, Erika Mata came out and offered us that she could make a small pizza with the ingredients we chose without any charge additionally, woooow, we highly recommend it, we will surely return frequently.
Thank you and congratulations, it is evident that you have trained staff with a great attitude!
