Visiting from Florida, we were excited to stop at CiCi’s since we no longer have one back home and missed it dearly. Unfortunately, this location was disappointing. The cashier seemed bothered to ring us up, and the cook looked disengaged, creating a depressing atmosphere. Unlike the welcoming experience we were used to, there was no greeting when we arrived or acknowledgment when we left. The pizza was warm but not hot, even during lunch, and fresh pies were slow to come out. The bathroom was dirty, the dining room floor sticky, and cheese sticks were never replenished despite asking—leaving only a few cold, stale pieces. While we had hyped up the brand to family in El Paso, this visit left them unwilling to return and made us hesitant as longtime customers.

I went to CiCi’s Pizza today at around 2:30 p.m. to get my hearty helpings of pizza pies from the buffet. To my good fortune, I arrived just in time for happy hour, when the buffet cost only $4.99. Man, I haven’t seen prices like that since 1999! The person at the register, a young lady named Nancy, provided excellent customer service and truly deserves recognition. She told us about all the specials and the options available during happy hour, including the chance to create our own personal pizza. I appreciated that she took the time to explain everything so thoroughly. The buffet was great, and the customer service was impeccable from every employee managing the operations of the pizza buffet. I also want to note that Miss Nancy did a spectacular job.

Man oh man oh man, let me you tell you. I normally go to the Cicis on vicount, but this time I needed something fast. The cashier looked annoyed that my son wanted to see if he could push the 3 minute button. I brushed it off and proceeded to pay for 3 adults, 4 kids. We went to go get a seat and most tables were dirty. We sat in separate booths and went to get food. Pizza was very limited and there was a lot of empty space where pizza could have been. Now, when we go...my kids are alllllll about the pasta and soup. They didn't even FINISH IT! It was soo cold!!! We felt bad for leaving untouched food, but left because this was not a great experience.

Spacious place, pizza is solid (reminds me of Ellio's in a good way), family friendly, and an impressive, healthy salad buffet. Great military discounts too

Went yesterday with a friend. We got the buffet, the salad was ok but like the pizza tasted off, the macaroni pasta would be the only thing I would recommend, the pizza all tasted really off. And I don't know if their air conditioning wasn't working or not but every customer other than us I've noticed weren't liking places where the AC isn't working. I noticed that they only had one busser picking up tables and no help. As I used to work restaurants you're supposed to have more than one busser working. Would of helped, saw that he was sweating a lot and out of breath. That's definitely not good leadership. I unfortunately don't think we will be coming back. We ended up getting sick with food poisoning the very next day. Customers also shouldn't have to ask when something runs out and it's something that the customer wants, employees should also notice everything around them not just noticing customers coming in and out.

I flew into town from out of state to see some family and this location was really good after getting into town. The staff were really polite and overall, the restaurant seemed very clean. The pizza was all really fresh and tasted better than I initially expected from visits to other locations in the past. The next time I fly into town, I’m definitely making this the first stop to end my day of traveling.

It was ok. Soup, salad, pasta, breadsticks, pizzas, and desserts. Wings are extra $$$ Buffet price does not include a drink. Soda fountain needed to be thoroughly cleaned - the buttons were getting stuck and it would pour out.
