To all good Ciro's customers. Beware of the sleazy, sneaky means this place charges under the table without notifying its trusting customers. We placed 2 carry out orders, one was gordita plate and 2nd of Deshebrada tacos. Well we got our food and it was so cold. The only thing that was warm was the gorditas. I got tacos with lettuce cheese and tomato, minimal meat. The cashier didn't hand me my receipt. I had to ask for it. I get home check the receipt and noticed, I was charged 20% gratuity fee and $1.04 credit card fee? What??? I paid cash for the food. I guess since they lost their liquor license they are trying to make up for it every way they can. Patrons if you still want to go have a meal there ask for your receipt. No wonder they don't give it to you willingly. That was the last stick that broke the camel's back. I gave this place one too many chances.

Let's get the good goods put on the table first...Food:The Chile rellenos was oozing with cheese and flavorful green Chile. The steak was seasoned just right & the beans had a creamy taste. The salsa was boasting with flavors that'll keep you dipping. GET THEIR HORCHATA!Why a 4 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️? The tostadas were mildly stale & the rice doesn't hold a candle to my family's. Also the enchilada wasn't my favorite. Not to worry my cheese lovers, I did not let the cheese go to waste.Service:It's not enthusiastic. I was checked on a couple minutes after my meal was served, but never checked on again when I wanted a refill on my drink. Business picked up shortly after i got my meal, so i understand.I was impressed with how well the servers memorized orders and I didn't notice any returned or wrong orders expressed. I also think they do a good job with team work between the 2 servers that were there.Atmosphere:As soon as I walked in, the jams were a hit. Mostly classic hits. Food was good but very bad service. Waitress comes and ask me if I would like a drink and without me answering she says no and tried to walk away. Then she takes my order , brings it and that was the end of her. Never came back to see if I needed anything else or for refills. Instead of just been in the kitchen you should focus on clients. Even if it's just one or two tables. What a shame

The food and service here never disappoints. If you are in search of some very authentic Mexican food this is truly the right place. The photo is the Mexican Plate and it was soooo yummy.
Buyer beware!!! I called in an order for pickup and after paying I asked for a receipt. The girl keep ignoring my request, so I finally asked for a receipt again with authority and she finally printed it out and gave it to me with hesitation. Come to find out that this place adds a 20% gratuity without you knowing. Shame on this company! I will never be going back!

The food is usually good and great specials, but the owner or one of the owners did not allow us to listen to the music while eating dinner because she wanted to listen to her novelas full blast on her cell phone. It was very rude of her and she did not care about her clients dining experience.

I ordered food over the phone and when I went to pick it up, I noticed the chef was eating and putting his fingers in his mouth while he was cooking and making food. I told the server and instead of her addressing it with the chef or the manager, she told me to tell him what I saw as he was walking out of the kitchen. I told him that I saw him eating while he was cooking food. The chef told me I was right. I told them that I didn't want the food I had ordered after all and walked out.
The flautas I ordered were cold and hard, not crunchy, just hard.The carnita burrito, again overcooked and dry, no flavor at all. The steak burrito, the meat was tough, and had lots of nerves. Unable to chew it.Will not return, therefore cannot recommend.

This used to be my mother's favorite restaurant and I visit because she passed in 2010. They must have changed owners and cooks because there is no comparison between then and now. BE PREPARED TO PAY $1 FOR WHAT THEY BILL AS "SIDES", LIKE EXTRA LEMON, each tiny tub of ONION, FOR YOUR MENUDO AND they don't let you know the charge until you pay. My 1/8th onion and 1/2 lime cost $4. YOU MIGHT GET A FIESTY SERVER, TOO. Oh, and the two-for-one breakfast deal is actually billed at $10, not the $7 listed in the menu board. Check your receipt. Refried beans are always luke warm or cold, never warm enough to melt cheese. Menudo today is soup with 7 pieces of meat and a little posole corn Not worth the trip or drama anymore. ? ???
