I've eaten here a few times since it's opened 12 years ago. It's a hit or miss.
First time was awesome the jalapeno bacon wraps are fantastic.
I ordered a basic clasico burger with fries on 12/28/24 @3pm. It was a fail. Bun was soggy and full of white flour on top which was gross. The hamburger meat was over seasoned. The green salsa was decent; the tostadas was 👎🏼
Unfortunately, I definitely won't ever order a clasico burger there again...

Went by for lunch on a Tuesday supposed to open at noon, there at 1235, lights and TVs on but doors locked and nobody visible knocked and waited to no response very disappointing.

I had a Pina Miche beer and ceaser salad for lunch. The waiter seemed bothered when serving the three customers that walked in. The salad had powdered parmesean and as I was eating it with my plastic utensils there was a hair. I politely called the waiter over and he insinuated the hair wasn't theirs. I encourage a review of the cameras. That was a disgusting experience. Please do better and if you hate your job find one you like.

Classico Kitchen Bar - West is a little overpriced for what you get. The food is good, but not worth the cost. The environment is not satisfactory either. I asked for onion rings instead of fries, and I received fries.

Food is always great! Their drinks are good, their clamatos are amazing huge variety of ways to make yours. Service is a plus.

We just left this place due to their lack of service. We got sat down, never got a waiter to our table. A couple of minutes later another couple got sat down next to us, they received waters, tostadas and their drink order was taken. The table beside us was also getting service yet no one asked if we had been helped. It would have been nice to be acknowledged by any of the waiters that were walking by us. This was at their Zaragoza location

Absolutely incredible. We stopped in for a late evening dinner, and this was way, way beyond what we expected. The tacos are absolutely phenomenal (add the cheese and green chilies - you won't be disappointed!) service exceeded expectations as well. Thanks, Eddie! You da bomb!
