Terrible service. Bartenders working 1/3/26 didnt attend at all. Most importantly had terrible attitude when asked simple question. Just pointing at a sign when ask what specials are there aren't fully visible on first walk in. Waited 1 hour to have service.

Maria was great!! But when shift change came around the new bartender(blonde hair girl) just started her shift already annoyed or in a mood. We waited in line to ask for drinks with her giving us attitude like we were bothering her. I noticed my mug had a Crack all along the side and she rolled her when I told and asked for another one. She poured another and kinda slammed it and just walked away never apologized. The place was full of smoke where they cook food.i couldn't stop coughing from the smoke when it builds up.i wasn't the only one bothered by it. Just Horrible service

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Service After Manager Leaves
We play darts at Clicks Billiards every Tuesday. We arrive around 5:00 PM and our match starts at 6:00 PM. For the past three months, we’ve been consistent regulars.
When we arrive, we are always greeted warmly by Maria, the manager. She is professional, attentive, and makes us feel welcome. Unfortunately, once Maria leaves and the next shift takes over, the experience completely changes — and not for the better.
The two bartenders who consistently come on after her do not check on us, do not ask if we need anything, and spend most of their time talking and laughing with each other instead of tending to customers. We tolerated this for a while because this used to be one of the calmest and best places in town to play darts.
Tonight was the breaking point. As usual, Maria let us know she was leaving and asked us to close out. After the shift change, I went up to the bar to order drinks for myself, my partner, and friends who came to watch us play. I was met with a rude attitude, no greeting, and a look that clearly said “what do you want?” When I placed my order, I was asked if I had a tab open. I said no — and then was met with silence and a blank stare, as if I needed to beg just to be served.
This isn’t a one-time issue. This same poor service is the reason large dart tournaments stopped being held here. In the past, tournaments brought in 60+ players ordering food and drinks all night — but the service consistently drove people away.
At this point, I will not be returning to Clicks, and I will be encouraging fellow dart players to take their leagues and tournaments elsewhere. Management or corporate seriously needs to address the staffing issues during the later shifts. With competent, customer-focused employees, this place could thrive again. Without that, it’s no surprise business has declined.

This place is a joke. Baseball games on TV from 2024, football games on tv from 2023. Drinks and food never came. We need to do better for El Paso. Embarrassing.

Love this place! We come here for the poker games on Tues, Wed, and Thurs, and we have so much fun. First of all, the servers and bartenders are the absolute best! They are super sweet and you will not be thirsty even on the busiest of nights!
Like I said, we come here for the poker tournaments and we have the best time. Jerry, the guy who runs it, is on point. He makes sure that the game is on time and played fairly. We've played a lot of bar poker in other states and I say with confidence that this game is run better than most. The best part of playing here are the players (Jerry included :)). Its a very friendly, funny, inviting, and competitive environment.
We moved here not too long ago and didn't know anyone, but we feel like we have a little family at Clicks.
I guess i should say that they also have pool and darts, but if you want to have a really good time, youll play a little poker.

Played Texas Holdem there Enjoyed the poker atmosphere. The poker director is attentive to the poker players and makes the game fun and I would recommend coming and trying the poker atmosphere.
Jerry is a fair guy! The bar tenders and waitresses are awesome. Poker nights are stupendous!

I came here on Halloween , it was my bf birthday & he wanted to play pool . We walk in & it was completely empty on one side . I got pool balls for one of the empty tables , was never told the balls that were given were for a specific table. When it came to paying my bill for a table at 7:45 pm & 2 buckets of beer I noticed I was charged for 12.33 for 1 table & THIRTY dollars for another table b/c “we were at the wrong table” even though we were NEVER told to go to a specific table …. Won’t be back .

Lot of pool tables that look either new or well-cared for. Small bar area, and plenty of space to sit and either watch the pool games or play darts. The patio space out back is pleasant to sit and talk and drink. No complaints
