Visited on 3-23-25 at 1:00 ; The woman left a big empty space between my ice cream so I didn’t get my money’s worth.
After this lackluster experience I went to Stone Cold at the local gas station and the ice cream was very cold as it should be. I had not realized that the Zaragoza location is not maintaining an acceptable temperature.

Great product, but inconsistent serving size. One was spilling out of the cup, and the other was barely touching the lid

Didn't even get greeted when we walked in. My girlfriend ordered a surrender to strawberry and got something completely different. She didn't say anything because she just wanted to leave. She then had an allergic reaction luckily she had her epiPen so nothing bad happened. but those two girls working need to do better. They need to be more aware of what's going on. if i could give them a zero i would.

I used to eat ice cream almost every week at Cold Stone, when I worked in Asia. This was my first experience in US, I'm not sure about other branches, but here I had the worst germanchökolätekäke I ever tried.

Teach your employees communication skills. I'd the know that the ice cream is all mushy and set. To communicate with customer and let them know. I will be up to us if we want to buy or not. I have to purchase 2 smushy ice creams . If I want a milkshake I would of ordered a milkshake. But I wanted ice cream

We love coming for ice cream to this location. It's always a pleasure to visit. Leslie is great and she always remembers our order. Super friendly excellent service. She deserves recognition.

Just left this location and the female and male who helped with my order were not helpful at all. They did not offer to give me lids or a bag for the 3 ice creams I ordered. They saw me struggling to carry everything, I had to ask for lids only to be given the wrong size. Again they saw me struggling to get them to fit over the ice cream while everything was spilling out from the sides. Terrible customer service. I ended up spilling the large ice cream all over myself in my vehicle thanks to the lid not fitting properly.

Placed an order online, got there a little bit later than the order pick up time because I anticipated there would be a delay, and I still had to wait an extra 5 minutes for my order since they had not started on it yet. To top it off, I received the wrong order.

It's a sad sad day I will officially stop geting cold stone bc they are ripping you off bc they dont even fill your cup of ice cream all the way up like in there own pictures posted every where lol... there ice cream is already expensive as it is and I buy yhe love it and they would over fill it to put on the clear cover and now they fill it to the rim of the cup and all the pictures show at there store are Over filled come on man... and this wasn't just one time I went three different times twice to the one on yarbrough the first time they over fill the second time thats when they started to short you on ice cream so I went to the one on Zaragoza that was the 3rd time and the same thing...and remeber when they use to over fill and give you anything extra in a small cup well yeah they don't do that any more... I spend 30 bucks for 3 people that's alot for yall not to fill the cups up like in yiur pictures like yall USE TO DO. Total rip off I won't be goin back again...who ever is training yall needs to be re trained

This place sucks. It's overpriced and the staff is rude. We went in today only because my daughter recommended it. The restrooms in the plazita downtown are cleaner. My wife ordered a single scoop in a cone and the guy served it in a chipped cone, as a result, the scoop fell off and onto the floor. As a courtesy I cleaned it up because there were other customers and I didn't want anyone to slip. All 4 staff members just looked on as I cleaned it and didn't offer to clean it up. They charged us again to replace the scoop but they put it in a cup instead of a cone. I can't believe I still left them a tip. I basically tipped for incompetence. There are other ice cream shops around there like Dairy Queen, El Tropico, Freddy's and La Michoacana. It's no surprise other reviews complain about the service. It's horrible.

Very rude employee served us an extremely small portion of ice-cream. It was clear she was upset we got there before closing and gave us very little ice cream, it didn't fill up the cup. First disappointing experience there
