Unfriendly workers, no one greeted you nor actually acknowledged you. The workers tonight were so touchy infront of my children. Talking about personal matters while I was trying to place my orders

09/24/25 at 18:00- If I could I would rate ZERO stars. Do not support this location as the employees are rude. My kids walked in first and the two employees walked away from them as my kids greeted the two workers. I cannot exaggerate the stare the two employees gave us as they walked to the front from the back of the shop- disgusting faces. My son asked if they could prepare my daughters separately as she has a peanut allergy and the male employee rudely dropped the ice cream on the counter. Management should really look into the service as I notice a repeat of one star reviews with the same location and employees.

Walked in and greeted employees, they gave us so much attitude from the start as if they hated us, proceeded to tell them about a peanut allergy and rudely tossed the ice cream with a sarcastic “sure”, ginger girl working there giving everyone ugly looks. Less than a star review

Visited on 3-23-25 at 1:00 ; The woman left a big empty space between my ice cream so I didn’t get my money’s worth.
After this lackluster experience I went to Stone Cold at the local gas station and the ice cream was very cold as it should be. I had not realized that the Zaragoza location is not maintaining an acceptable temperature.

Great product, but inconsistent serving size. One was spilling out of the cup, and the other was barely touching the lid

Didn't even get greeted when we walked in. My girlfriend ordered a surrender to strawberry and got something completely different. She didn't say anything because she just wanted to leave. She then had an allergic reaction luckily she had her epiPen so nothing bad happened. but those two girls working need to do better. They need to be more aware of what's going on. if i could give them a zero i would.

I used to eat ice cream almost every week at Cold Stone, when I worked in Asia. This was my first experience in US, I'm not sure about other branches, but here I had the worst germanchökolätekäke I ever tried.

Teach your employees communication skills. I'd the know that the ice cream is all mushy and set. To communicate with customer and let them know. I will be up to us if we want to buy or not. I have to purchase 2 smushy ice creams . If I want a milkshake I would of ordered a milkshake. But I wanted ice cream
