One star because the Ice cream is good but when served by people that look like they hate you because they hate their job and me being there ordering an ice cream was a bother made me not even want the ice cream anymore. Terrible customer service. Also asked for samples and they said they don’t do that anymore. The gateway location is super friendly. Will never return to this location.

Honestly love the ice cream but customer service was not it. I wanted two ice creams on one waffle cup but she said it could not be done and that i had to get it on a separate cup and i was just asking a simple question without attitude and she just kept talking saying in attitude they weren’t allowed to do that and if not it would be extra charge which i didn’t mind. But the one serving me the ice cream didn’t hear me and i told her it was fine however and they did it how I originally wanted it . Then the topping on the ice cream were non existent. Then when we came to pay I tried paying in a 100$ and the girl that gave me attitude refused my money. I had to go find emergency cash in my truck to pay because she said they didnt have change but people were coming in and out of the ice cream shop….. will not be returning to that location

Went because I had seen a promotion for the Lucky Charms Ice Cream and the Jello Banana Pudding Ice Cream. Now overall the Ice cream was good, but it was just thrown together and looked nothing like the photos for either instance. The lack of topping for the Lucky Charms was astounding it was pretty much just green Ice cream. The Banana pudding was missing a lot of cookie which it needed for texture. Finally onto the attitude of the person who made the Ice cream, this guy lacked ANY charisma or desire to be at his job. I understand we all have bad days but the gentleman didn't even care about what I was asking or how the ingredients went together. To the manager of the establishment please retrain this person because in a customer service point of view this isn't what I would want to see.

You need to check before you leave when picking up orders I ordered love it size butter pecan with xtra pecans they charged me but they didn’t add it on the icecream they were not busy but my order was not complete got home I was disappointed.

I've gone here many times and this is the first time I've ordered a quart and it was not full. My husband also got a quart and his was full. For the amount of money I pay, I want a full quart. There are also large spots of just ice cream with no toppings in my quart. It was very poorly maid. This is unacceptable.
I had a coupon for a free cup of ice cream. It was valid until 12/31/2022. I tried to redeem it on the 30th. I stood in line for 15 to 20 mins. They were short staffed, so I understand that. However, by the time that I get to order it, I was then told by an employee that it was no good because they had a new owner. They don't value coupons anymore??? What the ... is going on ??? The employee was rude we will not honor that coupon. The way she said it was extremely rude. So long story short This place is true crap and I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place at all costs. Baskin Robbins is a much better place to go.

Line was ridiculously long and the AC was not working! Imagine that, an ice cream shop with no AC... You can only imagine how melted the ice cream was.

The two girls working there may have issues going on or just don't care. Messed up both orders after telling them three times. Then did nothing to fix. No refund or offer to fix the problem. Then one the girl decided to put peanut butter in making it inedible for me. Sure, make whatever you want instead.... @$$€$!!!!

Well to start... the oreo overload had a ton of chocolate chips and 1 oreo cookie. No fudge topping and the girl mixed PEANUT BUTTER in it. I'm allergic to peanuts! These girls behind the counter don't know what the heck they are making, when the picture and description says what's in it! I would give a zero star if I could.
