1- The food: A-MA-ZING! Coming from Europe, I didn't expect the portions to be THAT big. I enjoyed every single bite of my food. The cook, the taste, everything was spot on with those ribs.

2- The service: fast, quick and efficient. I like the table tablets for quicker access to one of the staff members. Also, what's with the free croissants?? Super good, buttery, flaky!!!

3- The atmosphere: Very authentic and gives some nice Texan vibes. Spacious floor with lots of seating areas. There's also a bar, so that's a plus.“

“The shrimp and tender plate was mine, I thought everything was cooked well. Only thing the broccoli and cheese had an off putting taste and seems a bit processed. My friend got the country fried steak and although the mashed potatoes and gravy were delicious, he did not like the country fried stake at all. He said it was more like ground beef than a stake. We’re not sure if it was a stake. Also it was drenched in such thick breading.“

Sabor at El Paso is a gem and a MUST-visit for anyone who enjoys flavorful Mexican cuisine. It does have a Mexican twist with a hipster vibe to it.

I ordered their signature enchiladas suizas (exquisite), chips with queso (delicious), and their sweet taco asada.

The attention to detail in the presentation and the warm, welcoming service made the experience truly memorable. The staff was attentive and ensured everything was perfect. They even let me in with my dog!!!!
The flavors were bold, fresh, and uniquely satisfying.

I would absolutely recommend this restaurant for its exceptional customer service, flavors, and cozy atmosphere. Sabor en El Paso is a true culinary delight!
