We drove all the way from Clint to get cookies today and an hour after their opening time the store is still completely closed. No answer on the phone either. Thankfully I didn't order online or I'd have to wait for a refund too. Update your business hours or open on time.

i’ve gotten their cookies one night and never stopped. everytime i want something sweet i always run to their cookies. they’re thick, soft, and the flavors are just right. i always get mine warm and they even have instructions on the box if you would like to put them in the oven! always a 10/10

The Cookie Plug never misses.. these cookies are next-level: thick, soft, and full of flavor. But what really took it over the top was the service from Paris. Dude is a whole vibe!! 🤌🏽 welcoming, knowledgeable, and you can tell he cares about the customer experience. He made great flavor recommendations and just brought great energy all around. Paris is the reason I’ll be coming back. 🔥🍪👏

Cookie Plug has me coming back for MORE!!!! A must try cookie shop for all us cookie lovers <3. We’ve tried all their cookie selection and the cookies are fresh, flavorful and a very good size for the price 10/10. The staff is knowledgeable of the product and provide great service :) Love the shop decor and merch they sell. I live on the other side of town and is definitely worth the drive.
