Terrible management that allowed a new employee to reject my rewards card that was filled out on the spot. I was told I could use it at a different time. But I told them I had many, another employee that we have known for years told the employee savannah vega, this little girl was extremely rude and unprofessional and when i asked for her nake she said if i wanted spelled ou. Just a very rude and not appropuate person to work at locations were you ate just trying to start a koce morning However, she was told to to go ahead and do it and she still went and ask another person a manager with blue strings of hair and she denied our reward. We have been going g there with all our employees for years and this was shocking. Service has declined. I made contact with the manager of a different location who knows us and did understand the situation but owner never contacted us neither a regional manager to discuss the issue. Needless to say we haven't been back not plan to. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER AND THAT NEW EMPLOYEE. I used to spend at least $90-$120 a week at this place. Their rewards system is not respected and the professionalism of the employees is not there. I waited 3 weeks for someone to contact me. Thats why Im posting this review. Food often was cold, many times wrong orders and we overlooked thos many times.

Missed my side salad on my pickup order. When I called to inform them, they said to come pick it up. I went to pick it up, and they didn't start to prepare it until after I arrived and asked for it.

Sophie really kicked my day off to an amazing start :) , she helped me with all my questions and navigating the menu especially with catching my vibe for everything I wanted to talk about. Really set my mood for even the rest of the day enjoyed my stay recommend 10/10

Wonderful Sunday morning experience despite how busy it was, you wouldn’t have noticed because the staff was unfazed, attentive and super friendly. Tiana helped me navigate the menu, and Ariana helped me when I miss ordered. They were super patient and helpful. Would definitely recommend again. I ordered the Anaheim scrabble and asked for no bacon for a vegetarian friendly meal😊
