I would give 0 stars if that was a option. As i was entering the store, the lady at the front asked if my dog is a Service Animal, which she is and asked me "what service does she perform?" !! under Texas law a public facility or accommodation legally CANNOT ask someone what acts their service dog is for or ask for a certificate or qualifications because you do not have to disclose that information under Texas Law! so therefor i had to put my dog in the car and shop by myself. To anyone with a service animal, i do not recommend going here, just horrible!

One of the best retailers in the world. They need another in El Paso! It's a smaller footprint than most, but has enough variety of inventory to be good. The returns line is typically fast the tire center is very responsive, and this store gives you a feeling that I got a good deal! Highly recommend this business anywhere in the world as I used to shop at one near my place in Seoul, Korea.

It's aight! I'm more of a Sam's person, though...sorry Costco. It seems like Sam's stuff is cheaper, too. I don't have a membership to Costco at this time. I've tagged along with family in the past but not recently. One thing I'm pretty fond of at Costco (more than Sam's) are their cakes! Not sure if they use fresher ingredients or what. I remember Costco had these really good chocolate sheet cakes with a rainbow on them. It's been years since I've had one of those but they were really good! The chocolate frosting was delicious! It was creamy and tasted just like fudge. The cake was also moist and delicious. It almost reminded me of a fudge brownie but much softer. Another thing I like about Costco are their gas prices. I'm not sure if they are less than Sam's but it's a good deal. Costco also has fresh produce which I also like. I have not bought anything else aside from produce. I've had offers for a Costco membership in the past. I've considered getting one from time to time. I'm still thinking about it. I'm not really in a hurry to make a decision. Should I get one, I'll update this review if needed. I'm sure I'll tag along with family if the need comes up to shop here.

Costco is now expecting children 2 years and older to wear a mask. This exceeds state guidelines, goes against the science and is next to impossible to shop with a 2 year old while keeping them masked. I called to share my concern with a manager as well as to make sure my understanding was correct. He confirmed that 2 years and up is required and made it clear that Costco didn't care about my concerns and did not need our business. Disappointing customer service and a complete lack of regard for science. This is what happens when you get too big.

Everything is always sanitized and streamlined at Costco. I saw lines forming on the weekend, but during the week you can walk right in. Everything seems more efficiently through this covid season. Check out is very quick! I never have to wait but a minute. Thank you for having what we need at this time!

A Costco in El Paso? Yes! My go to place for steak. I normally stopped here around noon when it was not too crowded. I have been looking for the Tomahawk Steak and I found it here at this Costco! Psyche over this. Depended on the month I also found a good selection of seafood including king crab legs and clams for clams chowder. I absolutely love this place. Parking is not too hard to find despite being in a busy plaza. The staff also sanitized your shopping cart for you.

Been sitting outside the COSTCO store since 8:30 am hoping I could be first in line for the Tire Service dept., and I was, but due to shortage of employees (3), today they are handling appointments first. Something they don't advertise. They opened at 10 am, and they tell me they won't even look at my car till after 2pm. This is nonsense, some of us have to work in the evening, you would think after being first in line they could take my car and I would be out of here at least by 12pm. How can these people compete with other tire sales places with this kind of business, and treatment of customers. Perhaps if they would advertise APPOINTMENT NEEDED, then the rest of us with flat tires could go elsewhere, where they value customers and work hard for the customers to return. Not all of the tire department employees were rude. Special thanks to Mike in the tire shop for being patient and understanding. He may not be able to move me upfront of the line be he at least was understanding at the front desk, even when the computers didn't work at first thing this morning.

The most racist Costco I've been to.. Four different employees treated us horrible just because our skin color was different...

This location always has friendly staff and is an efficient Costco to get in and out. Ms. Barbara and Me. James are always a pleasure to see. Rick in the eyewear section is very helpful and can clear up the glasses ordering and fit/style process. I have been to many around the country. This is one of the better locations.

PHARMACY Dropped off a prescription for Invokana on 5/4/20 and was advised that it would be ready on 5/5/20 after noon. I returned to the pharmacy to pickup my medicine at around 3:36 pm and was told that it was a very expensive medication, which I already knew. I was told by a young lady to go to the drop off window and waited a few minutes before a young man asked if he could help me. I told him I was there to pick up my prescription and he replied that they didn't have it, so I asked to speak to a manager and this Dr. Isaac Lopez came to the window with an attitude! First he said there was a shortage so I asked him if he could prove it to me because Walmart had the medicine but at a much higher price. He told me to go get it there but I said I would rather buy it at Costco for 200.00 less. He started to point his finger at me and said he was going to ban me from "his" Pharmacy for life. Then this young lady showed him where it would be delivered to the pharmacy around mid May! He continued to point his finger at me and said I was raising my voice at him so I gave him the middle finger. He looks at me and says, I get out at 7:00 pm, I'll wait for you outside! Needless to say, this Doctor does not care about his customers, much less his patients, if he still practices medicine, but for him to tell me I couldn't get my medicine from a Costco Pharmacy is absurd. I did speak to the store manager and am waiting for a response from him, as promised. Well, Dr Isaac Lopez, owner of the pharmacy at Costco has somehow banned me from getting any prescriptions filled at "his" pharmacy! I guess I'll be taking my business elsewhere ..... Perhaps Sam's

I love Costco, however, this particular location I will never return to. I am a first responder and went to this location with my daughter and was treated with complete disrespect when showing my badge. I was told to leave her outside despite the website stating 2 people are allowed to enter. During a time like this I would expect Costco employees to have compassion and at least tell us nicely for only one of us to enter, unfortunately this was not the case.
