I find it hard to believe it's company policy that wait staff isn't allowed to hold off on bringing your pancakes out until after your done with breakfast like a desert... I guess I have to take Lea C's word on that .. pretty sure its just poor customer service .. either way I won't be back.

Very un hospitable, food cold and corn muffin was so hard you could bite into it nor cut wit a knife bad experience for a birthday gathering.

Being a first time customer I was disappointed with this restaurant. My expectations were not met, the food was cold, waited a while for my food, the price was a bit expensive and the quantity of food was not what I expected. I don't think I will be back. I hope management gets to read this and take action.

First time try and it was the best experience ever!!!! The food was absolutely the best… and we were lucky enough to get Lorraine as our server she made us fell so welcome. She went above and beyond her job duties with food and service like this I will recommend this place to everyone…. Thank you so much Cracker Barrel and Lorraine for the best experience ever!!!!!

I just left the restaurant 10.16.24 10:15am. We were told we could sit outside . That was fine. But then we were ignored for 15 min. The manager came to do his rounds and noticed us. We told him we have not received service/drinks. He took our drink orders and apologized. 3 minutes later our assigned waitress (pink hair ends) said good morning welcome then she stopped and literally walked away. Mid sentence she walked away and attended someone else and walked back inside the restaurant. She left mid sentence that’s never happened before ? We said okay maybe she’ll come back right away. She came back and ignored us still. Someone else dropped off our drinks. And there was a hair in the drink. But we couldn’t get anybody’s attention. So we left :( We probably most definitely go back since we love our neighborhood Cracker Barrel but maybe this can serve as a learning opportunity. As educators we wanted to spend our last Sunday morning relaxed before we went back to school session. But hey you win some you lose some.

We had our order delivered, so no review on the atmosphere. The food is always delicious! Reminds me of my mother-in-laws great cooking! Soooo good!
