Do NOT get the Chilaquiles
I went to Crave with my girlfriend and her family. The service was great and most of the food was honestly really good. But one item completely ruined the experience: the Chilaquiles.
At first bite they tasted fine, then the spice hit—and not the normal “too spicy” kind. This was the kind of spice that instantly gives you a stomach ache. I’m usually very spice-tolerant, but this was on a whole different level. It wasn’t flavorful spice, it was the your-stomach-is-going-to-regret-this spice.
By the next day it felt like a knife was swimming around in my stomach. Everything else on the menu was solid, but for your own good, do NOT get the Chilaquiles

Yall lowkey suck :/ , every time I order pick up, yall don’t make my food right and I’ve let it slide for too long. Today was the last straw, I ordered the tuna poke salad and it didn’t have the jalapeño cilantro or red onion like okayyy…….. I don’t usually write bad reviews because I too, work in the restaurant industry, and I know how stressful it is to deal with annoying people all the time buttt…. I was so tired today and so excited to eat this damn salad after I got out of work only to come home with a disappointment of a salad that made my day even WORSE. #dobetterorsomethingdamn

My first time eating here was a disappointment. I went on Monday with my dad, and the service wasn’t great—our server was never around, so we had to get help from someone else. The food looked fine, but after eating the Nashville hot honey chicken sandwich, I started feeling sick. It seems like it wasn’t prepared correctly.
I wouldn’t recommend ordering that sandwich unless you want to risk getting sick. I won’t be coming back, and for the price, the food really wasn’t worth it. I’d look for other places to eat.

We ordered four plates of chicken and waffles only three came out on time, and the fourth showed up 5 to 8 minutes later the food looked undercooked and looking like the waffle had been smashed in anger. Honestly, I’m done with this place. It’s overrated and the food is just mediocre.

No wait time but no service either. We were handed menus but nobody ever came by, a least they were nice enough to wave as we left. Hopefully the Kern location has better service.

Great breakfast selections, served with awesome friendly associates. We had churro waffles with butter pecan ice cream, blueberry pancakes with lemon curd, egg scrambled with acacado, tomato, and bacon. All meals come with sides, the potatoes are so good and crispy.

Out of all the locations in town, the location at West Town is hands down the absolute best! The food and service is a few notches higher on the quality scale than the other locations. Definitely my favorite Crave in town! On a side note, the shaved rib eye sandwich is off the charts!

We chose Crave today for our post Mass dining. like their drop coffee and their bar has competent mixology skills. This time it was just coffee though. Grecia was an efficient server and steadily checked on us to make sure we were okay. It is a fairly popular place for breakfast, but we best the post church rush at 1000 am. Not too noisy, but let me tell you it got busy fast. They have indoor and covered outdoor dining. It was a beautiful day for outside dining in El Paso.
This time tried the Monte Cristo sandwich. The ham and melted Swiss cheese was covered by French Texas' toast. It was a good sandwich, but the toast could have been crossed a little better...but not a bad sandwich at all The kids enjoyed their meals. Liz did not share any of her hatch chile and egg tacos. Good times.

9/20 at 3:30. Only two tables were full. The restaurant was almost empty. A lady sat us down. We were waiting 15+ minutes and nobody came to get our drink order. We noticed the servers were in the back socializing to even notice they had customers. We left to another restaurant.
