Came in during peak hours and service was still great! Mia was such an amazing server , although it seemed she had a lot on her plate she still took the time to make sure my table had everything we needed and even made us laugh and just offered amazing service in general plus she’s pretty as heck, for sure coming back to see her again.

Today was just…terrible. Came in at 8:30am for my husband’s birthday and we were the only people in there. We were sat at a table right away, but waited 20 minutes just for someone to acknowledge us. All of the waitresses were huddled at the corner of the bar chatting. One girl had her makeup sprawled out on the bar, with a mirror, and was doing her makeup. It took 20 minutes for them to realize we were staring and waiting. The waitresses rushed to the back room and a man finally came over and apologized that “our waitress was in the bathroom so he’d be happy to take our drink orders” (she was just doing her makeup at the bar for 20 minutes). He brought us water and coffee and the coffee was cold, he didn’t take our orders…but we didn’t have a chance to say anything because it took another 15 minutes for our waitress to finally show up. No apology. We waited another 30 minutes for our food and noticed 3 other tables were also frustrated that they were being ignored and no one took their drink orders yet. 9:30am, finally got our food, and my burrito was falling apart and not wrapped up. It was all chorizo and extremely salty. My potatoes were cold and hard and my husband’s food was also cold. Once again, had no chance to let our waitress know because she never checked on us until we were clearly done and ready for our check. Expressed to her that I was disappointed in the food (I took two bites) and all I got was “sorry” and the check. No remedies, nothing. Crave needs to seriously train their employees better. Makeup should not be on a counter where people eat, waitresses should not be ignoring customers, and they should definitely be checking in. Especially when there were only 3-4 other tables by the time we left.

Rude hostess staff. Quite literally the worst I’ve encountered in a while. Why the nasty attitude?

One of my favorites. The 808 Burger is the bomb! Service is usually slow here. Seems like they're under staffed. Other than that, it's good.

I had an incredible experience at Crave Kitchen and Bar. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, with beautiful décor. The food was absolutely outstanding! To top it all off, the service was impeccable, and everything was delivered in a timely manner. I can’t wait to come back!

We went today for a breakfast meeting and the service was good, the food came out rather fast, overall everyone loved their plate. I ordered chilaquiles without the egg but they forgot to put the cheese. The flavor of the sauce was great but it was missing the cheese.

I flew in from Denver for the weekend, and had to come visit Crave. The food and service is always top notch. I loved that I got some El Paso spice in my green chile turkey omelette. The blueberry pancakes with the lemon curd are also fantastic. Our server, Jaylin was so nice and attentive. Andrew, came out to check on us a few times and is very on top of everything. Can’t wait to come back!

The food was great as usual, but the check-in counter was lacking. We checked in and asked to wait for 20 to 30 minutes, which we did. I noticed no text but a few couples being sat. I checked with the check-in and was told that they called, but it went to voicemail, I call bs! The table service was good and the food was great as usual.

My friends and I stopped by for lunch and enjoyed some delicious salads! I ordered the tuna poke salad, and it did not disappoint. The tuna portion was generous, the flavors were fresh, and the variety of ingredients added a nice balance to the dish. While $19 feels a bit steep, I truly enjoyed it and would recommend it.
The only downside was the seating situation. The space is small and feels crowded quickly. Unfortunately, we sat near the door, and every time it opened, a blast of cold air rushed in, which was uncomfortable. The door also closes slowly, making it worse. We ended up eating quickly and leaving because of the chill.
The food is great, but a more comfortable dining setup would really enhance the experience!

Let me start by saying i was a Crave fan, but todays visit shows the symptoms of a buisness in decline.
Order their 40 dollar ribeye tacos with a medium cook side of sweet potato fries and sautéed mushrooms. The ribeye was cold and under seasoned it was also oxidized and showing signs of freezing and thawing. The quality of meat was horrible as it was full of conective tissue making the tacos un edible. They included unripe avocados, I attempted to make them more palatable by adding salt pepper and the sautéed mushrooms but it didn't really help. The special, a green chili smash burger, was good and far exceeded the tacos. Service was slow but it was expected because it was during the end of their lunch rush.

Our family likes this Crave because of the patio - great place to people-watch while drinking a coffee or beer. On good days the breeze is a welcomed respite from the heat and on bad days well just eat inside I guess. The patio is also pet friendly and they will bring you a bowl of water for your thirsty pet.
We ALWAYS order the tuna ceviche to start, which comes with tostadas and this little aioli sauce and is tangy, spicy, and so good! everyone loves the tuna ceviche starter except the 8 year old of course. We got the Dagwood (daughter rated it 7/10), the Montecristo (I rate it a 8 out of 10), the kids Chicken and waffle bites (which my son devoured meaning it’s a 10), and those egg looking things that my partner got and also left no crumbs.
Great family brunch spot for us
