Charged a 20% “Large party fee” on five adults and three kids. That’s an additional $30 on top of our $150 ticket. Pricey soft drinks, but the food was pretty good.

Karine was so nice, attentive, and happy! So glad we had her service with our first experience at Crave!!

Wonderful experience. I sat at the bar, and my waitress Marina was very personable and gave me great service. She made sure my water and coffee were topped off. The food (the Hay Stack) came out to perfection, and the bacon and hash browns were crispy just as I asked for. Good food, good service, and a pleasant experience all around. What more can one ask for?

I had an outstanding experience at Crave thanks to Marina! From the moment we were seated, she made us feel welcome and taken care of. Her energy, professionalism, and attention to detail really stood out. She was friendly without being overbearing, knew the menu inside and out, and made excellent recommendations. The food was great, but Marina’s service made the whole experience exceptional. You can tell she truly enjoys what she does definitely one of the best servers I’ve had in El Paso!

Highly recommend asking for Marina next time you go to Crave she’ll make your meal even better!

I went to Crave today (10/29/25) with some friends. I ordered a tomato soup and a side salad with grilled chicken. When the salad came out, the chicken was burned and tasted rancid. The tomato soup was very salty. The waiter was very helpful and patient. He ended up charging me only for my drink. That was the only good thing about this restaurant. I don’t recommend this place.

Stopped by for Sunday brunch and boy was this place a huge disappointment. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and it has no flavor and the fries were cold. My fiancé ordered a burger and salad and the Cesar salad was the best part. The burger was dry and it was ordered medium but was well done. You could tell it was a frozen pattie. The ac was off and it was just as hot inside as out. Then the best thing, the trip to the rest room. It was dark and shady and thats even though the light was on. I've seen cleaner well lit restrooms at a gas station. It really creeped me out. My fiance went to the women's restroom and she had the same experience and with no toilet paper.

First time visiting Crave Kitchen & Bar. Soooo disappointed in the food and drinks. I ordered Cucumber Mint Agua Fresca, save your money! It was tap water with a Cucumber and mint -not an Agua Fresca! It tasted like plain water. OWNER! Please take the time to prepare your drinks. It should be chilled a few hours before serving to allow the tast that I'm drinking a Cucumber and mint Agua Fresca, or I would have just ordered water and asked for a Cucumber and mint. And save my money!

Oh, I also ordered chili Mac n Cheese. It tasted like a Walmart box of Mac n cheese with a can or green chili.

SAVE YOUR MONEY! Sad because the atmosphere is nice but food and drinks is terrible!

The place is very dirty and the bathrooms, it makes me wonder how they pass inspection

We used to love coming here, but the quality of the food and service has taken a deep dive. The hostess was chewing open-mouthed while showing us to our table, our table was dirty with a layer of dust and bird poop. The waitress forgot half of our order and when the food finally came, it was cold and tasteless. Raw pineapple in the 808, cold shaved rib-eye in a sandwich.

Not worth it. I order the cucumber-mint agua Fresca, but it was just an infused water with mint leaves and thin cucumber slices for $3. I ordered the hot honey chicken sandwich, it was all breading and the chicken was over fried because I couldn’t tell where the breading stopped and chicken began, and it hardly had any of the hot honey sauce, I had to ask for more. My partner ordered the chicken and waffles with berries but there’s nothing special about this place. Overly priced for mediocre food. Our server was kind and attentive but that was the only redeemable part of our visit.

I love to get brunch when my friend comes in from out of town. Recommend the watermelon rosemary aqua fresca, it was our favorite drink and super refreshing.
