We went in for brunch and it was packed. Our only option was the bar and it was dirty with left over food. I grabbed the nearest towel to clean our eating area. The waiter was nice. The food took about 30 mins to get which was reasonable for a busy environment. The Mac and cheese my wife liked but I didn’t because it lacked taste. It was very plain and needed salt and pepper to add flavor. The sweet potato fries and the dipping sauce were great. My chicken and waffle was okay. The reason I say okay was because the chicken was good. The waffle was dry and hard. It broke apart into pieces once you put a fork in to it. I didn’t finish the whole waffle. Overall I left disappointed. Maybe I’ll go back one day but not anytime soon. Maybe in like 6+ months. I’ll keep my options open.

My husband and I went for dinner at 8:30 and were told that we would have to leave by 9:00 as that’s when the kitchen closed. We decided to go somewhere else as the waiter who was seating us seemed adamant that things were shutting down promptly at 9:00. He also discouraged a party of 8 from staying who were trying to have dinner after us. They clearly did not want business.

Got here at 4pm. We were the only table plus a table that looked like they were done eating. It took 40 min for The entire table to get all of our drinks. When our food started coming out almost another 40 min later the plates came Out one or two every 5-10 min. Horrible experience. Never coming back.

May 10, 2024I believe it is important to bring this matter to futures guests attention so that appropriate action can be taken to address the issues I encountered.Firstly, I ordered sweet tea, but unfortunately, it was excessively sweet to the point where it was undrinkable. This was quite disappointing, as I had expected a more balanced and enjoyable beverage.Furthermore, the service provided by our waitress was subpar. We were completely neglected for over half an hour before she finally approached our table to take our order. It was only after she realized the extent of her oversight that she hurriedly attended to us. The delay in service and lack of attentiveness greatly impacted our overall dining experience.As a customer, I understand that occasional lapses in service can occur. However, the combination of the overly sweet tea and the extensive wait time made it difficult for me to continue my dining experience. I left the establishment feeling extremely dissatisfied.

As soon as we walked in we asked if we could sit outside and we were told we could only use the first two outside tables (it was completely empty) then these elderly ladies asked to sit out there as well , they were told they could only sit inside. They said we are going to sit outside again, Kimberly proceeded to say they could only sit at a certain table. I asked for a mixed drink and was met with a grunt. My burger was as good, until I got to the middle, it was raw. The waitress kept telling people to sit only at certain tables.
Very rude, service over the phone, they will answer hello like if a buddy was calling. Will not order ever from sunset location.

Today we returned to Crave on Sunset for breakfast, and it did not disappoint ?The service was fast and the food came out hot AND hot ??But it's serious ? today everything came out ?The Dagwood breakfast sandwich was more than filling, and was delicious.The Blackstone eggs are one of my favorites ? and the ?, bruuuuh. Really. I love the bacon here!!!!! ???????????????? ? ? ? ?? ???????Well babysukis, let them pass it to the ?Until next time ?
