Dairy Queen in El Paso

“I had come across a bad chili cheese dog. Bun was hard as a rock. Karen, who I am assuming was the manager, helped remedy my issue. I wasn't necessarily fond of getting another Chili cheese dawg, but she offered maybe a blizzard on the house and I was definitely okay with that. She was very kind and greeted me with a smile and did not hesitate to help me in the slightest. Thank you Karen! You are the customer experience the food industry needs!“

“Usually stop by to eat ice cream you all need to get some new blizzard flavors you all don't have too many, Cherry nut and banana nut would be good flavors , also you need to upgrade your sundae sizes a large doesn't even look like a large looks like the regular size sundaes like McDonald's“

“The location was very clean and the restroom for being a fast food place was spotless. We were greeted right as we walked in and the service was fast and courteous. Our order came out within five minutes and we even had to wait a minute or two to let them cool off because they were hot and fresh. It also seemed that the drive-through traffic was steady and fast to receive their orders.“

“8 cars were infront of us in the drive thru line, and I was worried it was going to take over 20 minutes to order and get served. The line went surprisingly quick. We were in line and out within 10 minutes. The customer service was great, the order, which included a few items that were all different, was accurate and handed with care. Well worth taking a risk of waiting in line.“

Kid-friendliness: They will like looking at The yummy ice cream cakes in the fridge. I know, I like to see them. A bit pricey, but very yummy ?.“

“When in to get some dessert with my mother me and her I get a large and she gets a small mint something as soon as they come out she looks at it eats a few bites and then says this isn't a small and goes to the front and asked if it's a small and they say we have a mini and they show her the cups I'm laughing“

“I don't often eat here, but when I do, I'm never disappointed. I love their burgers. The flavor, the portion, and the fixin. Their fries r really good, too
And who doesn't NEED an Oreo Cookie Blast? I do think it's kinda pricey, but hey, it's not an everyday thing.“
