Please stop handing me the ice cream first. Especially if you're going to take 20 minutes to make a burger and some 🍟. It's usually the female employees messing around making faces or pretending not to hear. This is what I dont like about Texas.

I had come across a bad chili cheese dog. Bun was hard as a rock. Karen, who I am assuming was the manager, helped remedy my issue. I wasn't necessarily fond of getting another Chili cheese dawg, but she offered maybe a blizzard on the house and I was definitely okay with that. She was very kind and greeted me with a smile and did not hesitate to help me in the slightest. Thank you Karen! You are the customer experience the food industry needs!

Absolute worst shift workers. Couldn't get the order right after repeating it 3 times. Then they're feelings are hurt because you ask why it's so hard to get it right. I wouldn't be surprised if they spit in the food. Don't go to this one if you want a correct order! Oh yeah you have to Ask for the 'free' treat if it applies *when ordering) or they won't give it to you.

Hours state open until 10pm. However we Went around 7:36pm yesterday and the whole building was black everything was off. They even had a cone in the drive thru to redirect people not to order. There were no signs to state it was closed only light off with people in the back of the parking lot.
