They put graham crackers in my cheesecake blizzard I bought 6 for me and my family and they tasted horrible. Since when is there graham crackers in the blizzards. Disgusting we threw them all away

Please stop handing me the ice cream first. Especially if you're going to take 20 minutes to make a burger and some 🍟. It's usually the female employees messing around making faces or pretending not to hear. This is what I dont like about Texas.
I had come across a bad chili cheese dog. Bun was hard as a rock. Karen, who I am assuming was the manager, helped remedy my issue. I wasn't necessarily fond of getting another Chili cheese dawg, but she offered maybe a blizzard on the house and I was definitely okay with that. She was very kind and greeted me with a smile and did not hesitate to help me in the slightest. Thank you Karen! You are the customer experience the food industry needs!
