I had come across a bad chili cheese dog. Bun was hard as a rock. Karen, who I am assuming was the manager, helped remedy my issue. I wasn't necessarily fond of getting another Chili cheese dawg, but she offered maybe a blizzard on the house and I was definitely okay with that. She was very kind and greeted me with a smile and did not hesitate to help me in the slightest. Thank you Karen! You are the customer experience the food industry needs!

Loved it. Just opened. Clean. Ice cream has always tasted great. Will go back time and again since it is close to home. glad it opened here. Tired of traffic on montwood and zaragosa. No more need to go to that congested area. Now, I have what I need close to home. I love the seasonal blizzards.

Had our order taken by Bethany and she also took order to our table and this is the first time in what seems like FOREVER that we see “service with a smile”. Nowadays the majority of workers wont even look at you or even say Hello. So we felt the need to put up this review. Thank you Bethany ?
