Permanently closed. Its no wonder.I previously gave this location 2 stars. And after several attempts of giving them chances to improve their rating, today I am lowering their rating to one star. The ice cream is still the best but the people who work there from the management on down really have no idea of customer service. They do not honor the promotions, the staff is rude. The restaurant is always in a state of disarray. They are always out of this or that product. For these many reasons I will no longer frequent this establishment. The owners obviously do not care and most probably foster this type of behavior and terrible business management.

I ALWAYS love going to DQ, this DQ is usually on point! They make the blizzards with great accuracy as well as in a timely manner. Given how much traffic goes to this one. The employees are nice as well! Love this dairy queen!!!

The only time I would go here is to 'reward' myself every 2 weeks I followed my low...LOW carb diet. I would ALWAYS get the 'cheesecake Blizzard' and EVERY TIME I would ask them to add extra 'cheese cake' bites. I told I will pay the extra the 2 times I was they charged me the extra ($3) but didn't have anything extra so I'm done with them...I also tried another Dairy Queen but same result

Great place, I've been coming to this location for over 25 years. More than often lately they've been making small errors on my order, but just small - still delicious - errors. Never been greatly disappointed and I hope to keep eating here another 25 yrs.

The blizzards were good. My complaint was the fact that the blizzards were placed in a 4 pocket holder with no lids and no napkins. So I had to transport 4 blizzards with no lids, open to the El Paso sun and heat, not smart. In fact it was rude and careless.

Went here for lunch today. My wife wanted to get a Peppermint Hot Cocoa Blizzard but they didn’t have it since it’s not a Summer Blizzard. That’s fine, but it was on their Dairy Queen Texas App. She then asked for a S’Mores Blizzard, but they didn’t haven’t that either so she settled for a Snickerdoodle Blizzard. We then wait in Reserved Drive-Thru Parking Spot and hands us our food. As we’re about to pull out, she realizes that it was the wrong order, and got swaps it for the right one. That made me worried the first bag was actually right. Luckily, it was. But yeah, I just wanna know how they don’t have a Blizzard that is on their TEXAS DQ App....

Paid $10!! For two SMALL blizzards, these cups were the size of a sample cup, or cups you would receive at a hospital. Both ice creams were melted and had 5 pieces of candy items in them. One of them was a cookie dough blizzard, tasted completely like coffee? Half of everything I asked for they said they did not have? Their drive thru menu is extremely outdated smh. This location HANDS DOWN is the WORST location in El Paso.
