Very childish staff here. They act like kids and was spraying each other ketchup. This isn’t the first time I come here and see childish kids acting up. They need an adult here to run this business correctly.

Time and time again that I go to dairy Queen for ice cream never disappoints that the ice cream is always melted I Rather order milk shake instead I don't know if there machines are broken or not maintenance right I really don't know I can't really go back ask the employee to make me another one is a waste of time and for me to go around walk back at the restaurant for them to make another one I'm sorry but someone needs check those machines or just have sign that says no ice cream machine down.

How restaurants used to be before the pandemic. It’s lively with music, people talking and enjoying their food. The staff is friendly as well.

Ordered 4 blizzards. I had a BOGO coupon, but I didn't know it pertained to only one blizzard, and wasn't even explained that. I had to figure it out on my own. Worst of all, three of blizzards were not made right at all. We ordered the new superman, dipped strawberry cheesecake, smores, and confetti cake. The superman had no blue, the stawberry one had no cheesecake in it, and the confetti cake you could barely tell. It was very disappointing, and I really didn't have time to go back so they can rectify the situation, as it was a quick visit through town. But, I will remember to avoid this location moving forward.

My husband and I ordered through the drive thru. We ordered hamburgers and onion rings. We paid and advanced to the second window where we were told to drive around to the front and wait. After about 15 min. of waiting, we went inside where we saw our order sitting there on the side. We waited about 10 min. totally ignored by staff and making no effort to give us our order. Finally my husband got the attention of a staffer and asked for his money back which he got without any apologies. Strange place.

service was awful. Ordered a mobile order and then waited 45 mins in line (wtvr we don’t mind it’s busy )when we got to the speaker the girl let us know to go to the second window. At the second window it took them about 5 mins to come out, and the guy was rude when telling us to wait at the front since our food wasn’t ready (which was fine no rush). When he brought us our food 5 mins later he hardly acknowledged us and when we said thank you he completely ignored us.

Dairy Queen has always been apart of my life as a kid…now as an adult I like to treat my kids to a good old fashioned blizzard…sadly this place is one of the worst ones I have been to. I gave it 2 stars because I felt bad giving it 1 😬 And I have been to this location a few times and figured since it’s always the same problems I would leave a review. The ice cream is always melted when we get it…I guess they don’t turn them upside down for a reason 🤣 If you ordered a blizzard with things in it then expect it to be the SMALLEST amount ever. I questioned whether it had any Oreo in it at all. Sadly I think this will be my last time at least while we live here…Sonic’s has now gained my business for ice cream. Sad because it’s not that hard to make it with the appropriate amount and not make it 10 minutes before we even get to the window. My kids wanted ice cream not a watered down shake.

The place was empty, and most of their tables were dirty. The food was cold, no customer service, and employees on their phones and having open conversations for all to hear. They seemed bothered we ordered food. The drive-thru guy was going and delivering meals outside with his gloves on touching everything that was dirty and then going back to the kitchen and preparing food.

The service and people here are exceptional. The store, not so much. Looks very dated, old and falling apart.

Lady Manager at this store terrible customer service, terrible attitude when bringing food to your table amd when i asked about a burger without tomatoes and onion, go to other DQ not this one not coming back

The lobby was empty. I don’t understand why my burger wasn’t made fresh. Onion rings were overcooked. I came to this restaurant because of f 4.3 rating. I don’t understand how that’s possible serving food that’s precooked and sitting on the grill until customers order. Every burger should be made fresh. Onion rings not cooked after sitting in a pan for customers to order. I never been to a diary queen that wasn’t delicious at all. I’m very disappointed with this restaurant. It’s only as good as the manager.
