Such a disappointment I'm a frequent customer at least 4 times a week and I have never had an issue until today. The ice cream has zero flavor it just taste like watered down vanilla ice cream on my royal cheesecake it has no strawberry no cheese cake and they were not mixed properly. The person working the machine needs more training.

Parking: There are limited spaces and it’s a little cramped.
They forgot my order, had to sit at a dirty table because all the tables were dirty. I had to ask them to clean mine.
