When in to get some dessert with my mother me and her I get a large and she gets a small mint something as soon as they come out she looks at it eats a few bites and then says this isn't a small and goes to the front and asked if it's a small and they say we have a mini and they show her the cups I'm laughing

Went through the Drive Thru and had to deal with the smell of an overturned porta potty in the lot next door, the smell was putrid. Then they forgot my burger entirely so I had to go back into the store and wait 10 minutes for them to cook me another one. There are always problems with this location. Just do yourself a favor and pick a different Fast food chain. At least they will take things seriously.

Just want to say that the young man behind the counter was so helpful and my granddaughter got sick and he helped clean up her mess. Kudos to him!!
Michaela and Adrian were awesome. My friend and I had walked in before we knew it wasnt open yet. Adrian let us sit inside until they were ready to serve us at 10am. Food was super good and fresh.

The service was notably slow, and upon reaching the window, I experienced unprofessional behavior from an employee. This individual exhibited a negative attitude and made inappropriate remarks, which I found to be unacceptable. I trust that Dairy Queen will take these concerns seriously and implement measures to enhance employee training and customer service standards. The two female that was working in front don’t know there job and the guy in red that was working the drive through forgot give my wife ice cream and blamed her that he forgot to give ice cream And the drink they filled to much and it spilled very unprofessional and need to have better customer service next time go to sun valley instead
