Ordered a blizzard and I had to wait 10 minutes to get it. People who came in after me were getting their food. Staff wasn't friendly or welcoming. Definitely not going back.

So normally I love my Dairy Queen it’s just around the corner from my house has been for the 30 something years and I love getting my ice cream from there, but lately they keep getting my order wrong and having a not caring attitude. I’m super disappointed not sure if I’m gonna go back.

Just wish they would stop changing the size of the potions. Charge a bit more, don't change the portions used for years.

Worst DQ I’ve gone to.
The cashier could barely take our order through drive through, made sure twice with the cashier that our burgers were going to have cheese -And they didn’t when we checked them even though they charged it. Had to get down and go inside.
What looked to be the afternoon manager mad dogged me. Ugliest customer service never coming back, will drive longer distance to visit that other DQ by Zaragoza 1885 N Zaragoza. Service is wayyy better.

Old crusty DQ with bad service and food control.
Payed $40 for melted Blizzards that had been standing next to the register. Plus the cashier desiree seemed lost and confused. Worst DQ in town for sure!

I missed our family's old stomping ground. The food is still good and inexpensive. Staff is as friendly as ever.

I’m incredibly disappointed with my experience at this Dairy Queen. As my wife and I were leaving, we noticed several employees, including the manager, whispering and laughing in our direction. We were the only Black people in the restaurant, which made the situation feel even more targeted.
The employees would turn their backs, whisper to each other, then turn around and laugh at us. It was deeply disrespectful and unprofessional. I can’t speak for their intentions, but the entire experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disrespected.
If I wasn’t with my wife, I would have confronted them, but instead, I’m leaving this review to warn others. We should never have to deal with this type of behavior, especially from a place of business. Management needs to address this kind of conduct immediately.
