I ordered a rocky road blizzard and I basically got chocolate ice cream with peanuts. I usually say no marshmallows but they forgot to add brownie pieces come on! That’s the best part!

Horrible service all workers there at 10 pm drive thru should been open and did not even bother helping us all the soo called workers just avoided us being 39 weeks pregnant and not being able to be help is horrible

Finally had The Jalitos burger, French fries & Peanut butter reeses cup Blizzard-very yummy. Should have bought the large.Kid-friendliness: They will like looking at The yummy ice cream cakes in the fridge. I know, I like to see them. A bit pricey, but very yummy ?.
If i could give zero stars i would, got 2 blizzards a medium turtle pecan and a small oreo and the medium was basically an oreo. Went back to get it fixed and the manager(I assume since the other employees hid behind him) argued with me saying it was right even after asking another employee what she thought it was (which she said oreo) and the manager said "see there's the clusters and chocolate". There's not supposed to be chocolate in what I ordered. Save your time and money and go somewhere else.

We sat in drive through and waited for them to assist us. We waited 5 minutes and no one replied. We proceeded to the next window, politely honked, no reply. Then we finally went to the last window and honked and waited another 5 minutes till a employee came to assist finally after a total of 15 minutes. Then they made us drive around and wait another 10 minutes for the order. No apology or accountability. Love Dairy Queen hope they get this fixed

They were out of one specific blizzard, cashier person could have offered a similar blizzard but she seemed to be in a hurry to get to the people behind us. There was also a lady who came back in to complain about how her ice cream was made incorrectly and I felt the employees didn't react professional, it was embarrassing.

Although the second drive thru girl had miserable rushing attitude she had me waiting almost 20 minutes for one simple order of tenders . Upon bringing my food she just brought the box, asking if they stopped providing bags, with her snugg attitude proceeded to get a bag to hand over. It just doesn't seem right, what of environment is provided by management in this establishment.?
