The service here is one of the worst I have experienced. The man at the drive thru is rude with absolutely no customer service manners. It has happened several that we have to put up with the same worker. Sadly we won't be giving our business to DQ anymore until they train their employees better.

The service was terrible and person in the drive through was very rude and not customer service friendly. Lots of the toppings were sold out on the menu. The person who was "helping" us was Julio with Triangle tattoos on his left arm. No customer service, no kindness, very rude.

Food was as expected. However, I’ve been here a couple times. Each time the drive thru lane is completely empty, it’s always just me. Yet I’m always asked to park on the side to receive my order. I can understand using the parking spots when the place is busy or I have a large complicated order. But I only order a simple combo and the restaurant is completely empty. I feel like this defeats the purpose of drive thru and fast food.

I just ordered 1 large shake and medium blizzard. My shake was a strawberry, chocolate, banana shake. Now I understand that asking for these flavors there would be somewhat of an upcharge, but come on, Dairy Queen. I got charged $5.19 for the shake plus $1.19 for 2 pieces of banana about 1/2 inch big each piece, then I asked for regular chocolate, but the instead they added chocolate chip to charge me .89 more. So my shake went from 5.19 to 7.27 with the wrong ingredients and very little banana? Come on, Dairy Queen, are you really hurting that bad... I enjoy your product, but I don't think I'll be visiting your establishment. How sad.

I went into the drive thru and was instantly overwhelmed with the odor of what smelled like a mix of raw sewage and beef. I couldn't even place my order it was so overwhelming, had to drive off. Never going back.

I truly don’t know where all the other “5 star reviews” are coming from. This is the worst DQ in El Paso. First of all the customer service is awful. Bunch of kids with no proper training on manners that clearly don’t like their job. Food quality is atrocious. The blizzard we received looked more like a shake with how melted they were, that they didn’t even want to flip them over. The west side needs a REAL DQ like the rest of El Paso, not a gas station half ass one. Don’t get me wrong, I love DQ! I’m even willing to drive 30 minutes to the east side for a proper blizzard instead of five minutes to this awful establishment. Please shut this one down and give us an actual DQ, we desperately need it in the west side.

I came in today and ordered a small oreo blizzard. My server was named Eli R who was very polite and soft spoken with me, very attentive staff and always clean. Was out of there in less than 5 minutes I’ll be coming back again!

I love dq. But the service here is always so bad, I have worked in the service industry for almost 5 years and it’s every.single.time. I have to deal with horrible customer service, never a “hey” or “hi welcome to Dairy Queen” always an attitude or they just give you the total, and slam windows.
