I probably would’ve not written a bad review if the lady taking our order was nice enough to balance out our experience but she was not the friendliest
I also don’t understand how we were asked to move up so they can finish making our food and then our food is still cold?

Unfortunately attention to detail is not there at this location. Twice in one week I’ve attempted to purchase a box of the 6 pack dilly bars, for my household. Only to receive on both orders, a single dilly bar, but Dairy Queen charged me for the 6 pack dilly bars.
Is everyone in my house hold suppose to lick one dilly ice cream bar? Do you not inform your customers that you don’t have said items available?

It was Tuesday 7/21/2025 and we couldn't decide what to eat for dinner. So, we are thinking something delicious and cheap. Then we think Taco Tuesday!! 1$ tacos sounds good but they are 2$ each. So basically for an order of 3 tacos you get 1$ off. Not so great special! We ordered 3 orders of tacos for the family. When we were in line our son called us to get him a cheeseburger. So we tell the cashier at the window if we can add a hunger buster with cheese. She gave us a look like she just sniffed some fresh crap!! Like it was such a big deal. We waited 5 min for the burger and came home. The burger was the only descent food we got. The fries were cold and hard the taco shells were stale and chewy. The ground beef tasted gross like it was old and even the tomatoes tasted funky in the tacos! I would give no stars if I could. The worst Taco Tuesday ever!! Thanks DQ!!

My original review is below. Im willing to pay for high price good ice cream. But seriously this is ridiculous. The amount of pecans, caramel and chocolate on a Turtle pecan blizzard is too little. There has been more than 3 times i pay a high price treat that gives you only vanilla icecream. Yes! 5 dlls for plain ice cream. Thats theft. Im starting to hear it from my family members too.

Was very disappointed that the Dairy Queens in El Paso will not be participating in the new Superman blizzard commerative cups. Drove all the way to purchase a blizzard for my grandson and was told they were not participating

Got here at 10, and the inside lobby was locked even though they close at 11. Had to wait in the long drive thru line which took longer than normal but once I got my ice cream, me and my family sat outside and by 10:40 they turned off the lights outside. Horrible experience, definitely won’t be coming back here
I don't often eat here, but when I do, I'm never disappointed. I love their burgers. The flavor, the portion, and the fixin. Their fries r really good, too And who doesn't NEED an Oreo Cookie Blast? I do think it's kinda pricey, but hey, it's not an everyday thing.
