Being fully staffed the crew was very unorganized and inconsiderate to what seemed like a new employee. The new employee took our orders and the crew was handing out orders that followed mine, before me. Too many employees standing around not working efficiently.

Diego, manager, is an arrogant and ignorant person with poor customer service skills! Ordered ice creams, the cashier missed an item I ordered! He wanted me to get in line again te reorder what they missed on my order instead of him helping me out on an open register!

The food is not really worth the hassle of getting it at this location. The parking lot is always full because customers from Raising Cane's park there and walk over. I would not bother with the drive-thru either because you cannot easily navigate the parking lot due to lines of cars blocking traffic to use the drive thru at Raising Cane's. It's a pretty frustrating experience for soft-serve ice cream and burgers. There a several places within a mile of this one that serve both and are way less of a headache.
Parking: Parking is extremely hard to find because people just use their parking lot to park and go to Raising Cane's next door

My daughter and I stopped here for a quick bite. Cashier was great, hamburger was great, but i wouldn't recommend the chile hotdog. I couldn't bite through the bun. It was hard and rubbery. I don't know if they warmed it up in the microwave, but whatever they did, it was a disappointment. I had a strawberry sundae and it made up for it.

I asked for a coney meal, I didn't have time for much then to eat in 10 minutes, and they put onion in my meal when they have never did before. I could not eat at all. Raw purple onion. Then I called about three times. No answer. Very disappointed.

Went to get the 7$ meal deal of chicken strips that clearly says on website and commercial at all available stores in the U.S. They were rude and responded saying no we don’t have that here just the burger with no explanation. Was a bad experience

Everything in that Dairy Queen was not right and felt disrespected by the manager came in mopping with dirty water it smelled horrible I came in just came in asking for a refund on my ice cream because my girlfriend sister has a peanut allergy but I didn’t order anything for her that has peanuts and what I got back was a snicker blizzard with peanuts so I came back to the Dairy Queen to speak to the manager and the manager told me a snicker does not have peanuts when even on the snicker pictures it shows peanuts and the manager admitted they don’t clean the blender after every ice cream that is done so who knows how many people with a peanut allergy can be getting sick or an allergic reaction and thank god my girlfriend tasted it before handing it to her sister and noticed that it had peanuts thank god. and then the manager didn’t even express that her employees were wrong and she blamed it on my girlfriend and saying it’s her fault because we didn’t notify about the peanut allergy even tho we didn’t order anything with peanuts in it and also the workers were being rude one of them screaming and yelling at my Girlfriend very unsatisfied and very unprofessional of the manager and the workers it’s very rude for the manager that should be leading her staff of that shift to try there best on the customers orders and when she was giving my girlfriend her refund she was talking in Spanish and taping on her head basically calling my girlfriend dumb and I don’t find that respectful to switch the language with one of your employees to disrespect my girlfriend Im very disappointed in this Dairy Queen never returning again to this location.

Went to buy a 6 piece of tender chicken strips, I was charger for 6 and they only gave me 4 also was charged for large fry and was not given the quantaty...called to complain but no answer...
I ordered two new york royal cheesecake blizzards and was giving two ice creams in a cup. Ozzy the drive thru employee who handed me my order and failed to turn the cups over because she knowingly knew there was no cheesecake inside. I called to speak the manager and they failed to answer after various attempts. I was not satisfied with my order and I wanted a refund.

I will not be going back to this location. The blizzard was a mess, and it was completely melted. The lady handed it to be and said thanks have a good day and shut the window. We had 6 more blizzard wait at the window. She came back 5 minutes later and said oops and said i the other blizzard will be right out. Did not give me a chance to speak.
