This has to be the absolute worst WORST place to go. The staff was so rude. One lady gave me a terrible look when we walked in and when I asked if they were still making food the cashier looked at me so ugly and shook his head yes. I said if I order are y’all gonna get mad and he shook his head yes. They still had over an hour before closing and everything was torn apart and blocked off being cleaned. I get it you wanna go home but you’re still open. This isn’t the first time the lady was rude. Last time she wouldn’t let us use the bathrooms.

This location has the worst customer service I have ever seen.I was standing in line for a good five minutes , and there was a customer in front of me the worker never took the time and effort to acknowledge me and tell me I will be right with you as soon as I finish with this customer if you don't like your job and are forcing your self to perform your job i don't think you belong there that is why Dairy queen has very low volume heads up the eople you have running the floor is what makes you succeed you guys need to take lessons from chick-fil-a , that's why there are so successful!!! And maybe one they your store will get there just takes one bad apple to spoil your image

I just had the worst experience today. Took my kid for a quick treat, a cone, a sundae, and a blizzard. We got the order to go, got our number and took a seat. We had been waiting for already 10 minutes when a large group of people walked in, they sat right next to us and immediately got a cone served to their table, we walked to the register to ask for our order, the manager, Eva, rudely said “we’re working on it”with with no further words. We sat again to wait and she walked to the other table right after with their order, so I walked to ask again because we got there way before them and non of our ice creams were ready, the second time we asked she just asked annoyed with a condescending voice “what did you even order?”after that reply we just asked for a refund, she sent one of the other employees. He acted way more professional than her, he apologized and completed the transaction, during all this process, the manager, Eva, never apologized or even acknowledged us standing there by the register, awful costumer service, never going back to that location.

This is the 2nd time we come to this location through the drive thru and employees ignores us and won't answer through the speaker. We pull up to the window and see these young employees...with their headsets on...clearly ignoring drive thru customers. Very unprofessional, lazy and should be looked at by corporate.

This place used to be the place to go but several months ago they had some company inside working on the restrooms and ever since then our family cannot stand to breath the air inside of Dairy Queen on Fairbanks. The smell to us is like an open sewer line. We used to go every Sunday as a treat for the whole family. Today was the final straw that we walked in and right back out. The smell is horrible inside the restaurant. It is close to our home but so is Whatabuger.

It's fast food so what atmosphere? Food is smaller portions but still amazing. For service, I messed up and didn't get her name. A lovely lady appearing close to my age of early 60's. Made excellent suggestions, provided all the knowledge needed for informed ordering, which allowed us to choose items that were exactly what we wanted. The experience was excellent because of her courteous and professional demeanor. We will be back.

Waited 4 minutes a drive through speaker. No on would wait on us. Pulled around and notice store is full of teenagers working. Won’t return to this unprofessional and childish location that serves only as a waste of time for customers.
