The ice cream is one of the best from any fast food restaurants. However the wait is always so long and time consuming. They need to find better ways of working their lines and being fast paced.

Usually stop by to eat ice cream you all need to get some new blizzard flavors you all don't have too many, Cherry nut and banana nut would be good flavors , also you need to upgrade your sundae sizes a large doesn't even look like a large looks like the regular size sundaes like McDonald's
absolute worst customer service in the history of customer service. They have kids working as managers. They up charge for everything. Tried to charge me $11 for one medium sized blizzard then tried to mansplain to me that the reason they were doing it is because I asked to swap one ingredient for another. Never bothered telling me before making the blizzard - just increased cost. They just decided to charge me over three dollars to swap ONE ingredient. (not even Starbucks charges $11 for a medium sized drink) Hell, Starbucks isn’t even $11 for a Venti. outrageous!
They could not serve any food other than hamburgers because their fryers were down so you could not buy any combos.
Last week when I went there, their ice cream machine machines were down and this is like the 4th time that has happened.
When I called to complain the manager (or so-called manager) actually yelled at me. I will be calling corporate
Food and icecream are always good here. Service is fast and friendly too. Enjoy ordering the cherry dipped cones and sundaes 🍨 😋 The tacos, chicken basket and hamburgers are delicious too.
Ordered through the drive through and waited for 15 minutes. Went inside to see what was taking long and they didn’t even put in the order. It seems that management doesn’t have this place on check.

We always get the dilly bars, and of course the blizzards. Wait time can be a bit annoying but usually it is one or two people working there so it's understandable. Staff is always friendly

Store hours are not correct. Online says open until 10pm I tried going at 8pm and they were closed.
3 stars for acting like McDonald's when it comes to your cold coffee slush machine, 3rd week and it's still not working
