As far as an arcade is concerned it does the job. We didn't eat so we couldn't talk about food but we did wish there was a bowling alley which many other ones do.

What's the purpose of reserving a table? My family had reservations and was told we still had to wait 2 hours to be seated.
The worst experience I've had. It took 1 hour for us to get a table, understandably because it was a busy night. But even when we confirmed we were still dining there, as we were wait listed, the hostess wasn't able to find our "reservation". After arriving to our table it took an additional 30+ minutes to even get acknowledged by one of the servers which never even took out drink order. I've worked in fast food and food service for a good part of my adult life and I just cannot understand why it was so difficult for a party of 3 to simply dine at this facility. Avoid getting disappointed by this place.

Seriously and uncomfortably overcrowded. Our bartender didn't know what a Moscow mule was. The Malibu and Coke was a horribly watered-down mess! Never going back there. Very different from the D&B in Houston.

Don’t waste your money here. I arrived with my son and husband, it was ungodly packed which is typical for a Saturday. We needed up deciding to stay so my son could play games and the wait for a table was a little over an hour. That’s not what was the problem though, a long wait is understandable on a Saturday. The problem was even after waiting over an hour to be sat, once we were texted about our table being ready and got back to the host they had no record of us even being on the waitlist. They proceeded to sit us at a booth and we waited 30 minutes for a server and were never even approached by one. I had to call a random servers attention, after waiting for so long we decided not to even eat there. Especially after I spoke to the manager and they offered nothing but a half assed “I’m sorry” and “are you sure you don’t want to eat?”. I can understand a busy restaurant but there’s no excuse for someone not being greeted by a server after being sat for a half an hour.

Our waitress was terrible! Didn’t take our drink order and the manager had to. Once the waitress took our food order she forgot to give it to the cooks. After waiting for 30 minutes we talked to the manager and she had to put in the order and told us that the waitress was feeling “overwhelmed” but yet other tables after us were getting their orders. Same waitress!!!! If it wasn’t for the manager we would have left but she was helpful and gave us a discount and a free dessert. Never eating there again food was okay.

The wings we had ordered were cold had to be sent back. Saw another customer telling the bartender that she saw that they weren't cleaning the glasses that were used only just rinsed them and they we're going back and forth not wanting to admit it their wrong doing even though I too saw it happen. Also restrooms had a down stall not working and one of the sinks not working.

These places are hit and miss. If the waiters are in the mood, you'll get good service. Otherwise you might have to wait awhile. Food is so so.

Management here tries to use their employees to write positive 5-star reviews even though it’s against Google Maps’ “misrepresentation” Terms of Service clause. Previous employee “B. Cruz” left a 5-star review last month and they work at this location.
Unethical practices like this violate Google’s ToS, so if you visit this place, be warned; you can expect to find that at this Dave and Buster’s they’ll probably do the same to you. Please stop trying to fake engagement and ruining the review system by planting fake 5-star reviews just so you all can save face. It’s pathetic.

Went to dine in this past Saturday and a server or host yelled in front of us to our server. Poor girl, I was shocked by this behavior by worker Angel if I read the name tag correctly. I hope he doesn’t treat all his employees like this. Sadly I had already ordered but this was very unprofessional. I hope the GM doesn’t reflect this behavior.

Service at the front wasn't the greatest. I know she's only doing her job, but when she called manager, it seemed like he didn't care about my concerns. Ways of money, over price games.
Parking: Won't be going there again. Not especially how the manager didn't seem to especially when I asked him if he'd rather lose a customer, he just shrugged his shoulders like "oh well". Only reason we still stay cuz my son had planned his bday outing with his friends here.

I won a meta quest 2 with 150000 points and was told it came with a warranty. It did not have a warranty under Meta. It died within a week. D&B refused to replace it. Meta told me D&B are not authorized dealers and are purchasing the equipment second hand knowing they are faulty with no coverage.
