If you know about Gorditas then you know this place. Been around for a long time. Every time I fly back to El Paso I need my Delicious gorditas fix! They are the closest thing to my Moms (RIP) gorditas!

I came for the gorditas and am so glad I did!! I will definitely be coming back. My mom and kids really enjoyed it too. We tried the brisket burrito, chile relleno burrito, flautas, hot chocolate, lemonade, and of course the gorditas. Everything was fantastic.

Visited the restaurant from out of town, to fulfill my craving for some good ole fashion gorditas, and not only were my taste buds satisfied, I had the best customer service from Ms. Katelyn! I've been here a few times the food is good I'm giving it 2 stars becuase of the service. About two days ago I went there around 530 to 540 I walked in there the lobby area was fully seated but they had and extended seating area but was closed before I ordered I asked if we could sit in the extended area they told me no we are about to close that I could sit somewhere in the main seating area which was full mind u , i turned looked at the lobby again before deciding to eat across the street they had and hour and some before closing and wouldn't seat me so i decided to just leave since i wanted to a seated meal i even hesitated to see if they would change their mind which they didn't so i left whoever runs this business should definitely talk to your closerers unless that how u guys run your business to me I rather have good service and enjoy my time at a restaurant

Food is good but make sure you have everything when picking up your order! They tend to forget things A LOT
One word. Their food is tasteless. For the price you would expect something better just see the flauta plate. 😒 They took over 30 minutes the food was not fresh. Dirty tables and the place were not packed. Flies everywhere. Prices are high and their servings are not fulfilling or tasty on the contrary. Everyone who is serving plates handles the food with their bare hands chile rellenos, tacos, flautas just in front of their customer. For real I was just waiting for them to scoop with their bare hands the beans, rice, and chile colorado onto the plates. Isn't this a restaurant Don't they have utensils to grab the food? The cashier, the server are just with their dirty bare hands not washing them just handling everything like nothing disgusting 🫣. Food is exposed to everything flies, hairs, and dust as cashiers are not wearing hair nets, but are also handling food that is not covered. Their food handling practices are non-existent next to nothing. Never again will I go into this place. Not sure how they were given best food awards. Not the best in anything. They lack everything. I just hope once people go it will be their first and last time at this eatery.

Definitely waiting longer if not a regular!!!! Food was good but the wait is ridiculous, as you watch people who order long after you get their food first with a smile. And then to say out loud that my order can wait in Spanish (surprise!!! Soy latino!!) My order was taken with no smile and delivered with a stare. Food was GOOD, EVERYTHING ELSE fell right in with the El Paso attitude. HORRIBLE SERVICE
