Definitely waiting longer if not a regular!!!! Food was good but the wait is ridiculous, as you watch people who order long after you get their food first with a smile. And then to say out loud that my order can wait in Spanish (surprise!!! Soy latino!!) My order was taken with no smile and delivered with a stare. Food was GOOD, EVERYTHING ELSE fell right in with the El Paso attitude. HORRIBLE SERVICE

Haven't been to this place in decades and the employees just ruined it. Terrible attitude check the cameras THEY DONT LIE. Ordered a burrito NOT of egg but of carne a la Mexicana. They made a mistake and they didn't want to admit it and just argued as if I wasn't nice to them THEY MADE A MISTAKE. Asked for my money back the refunded only the burrito and not my drink TERRIBLE after decades and Ufff! Never again

Bring cash. They charged me twice and I tried to tell the owner Ray Borrego when I noticed it on my credit card app. He told me that it should drop off and if it didn’t. I called him because he gave me his card and he said I could go to the restaurant for my money or receive credit. I told him I’d like the money. I said I would go the following day, I went and a girl who was working there said to wait for the owner (a female) that she would be in. I waited and then the you g lady said she wasn’t going to be in until later and they weren’t allowed to provide refund. Last time I come here.

My wife & I came for lunch. Fidelio w Chile Verde both were barely Luke warm ordered bean burrito w cheese gave me one with no cheese. Gave the man 40 dollars only returned coins Back I reminded him I gave you 40 he said my bad then gave me too much money back I told him you only owe me 15 back then he sais my bad its been a long day. I gave him 2 dollar tip. I will never return here again... Martha would not put up with this....⁰

It was my second time at the fort boulevard location, the burrito I ordered was awful I still have the bad after taste. The employees were courteous, the restaurant itself was clean, but I feel the restaurant should be not asking for tips, here is why, a customer stands to order and pay then gets yelled at for the customer to pick up the food, that constitutes a tip? I do not think so, but the employees were courteous nonetheless. The first time I went to this location I took the food to go and the burrito fell apart and was watery and the food itself was not good.
And it sucks too because I wanted to make that place my go to place for burritos.
It hurts me to write this but the food is not good the restaurant needs to do something about the food, I'll go again but maybe in May and hopefully the restaurant will improve by then. Date was 1-26-25

My favorite spot for Gorditas. This is a must food for visiting El Paso.
I always grab to go but it’s a cute dining area they have and the burritos always hit the spot! I wish they were open sooner

I was craving gorditas and ordered an order. My worst gorditas ever. When I got home with my order I saw my gorditas were falling apart from the backside. I couldn't even hold them to eat them. I ended up eating them with a fork. Won't go back there again. They left a bad taste and bad impression. I don't know what people are talking about when they say it's good food. We are paying for the reputation of a once great restaurant. Now it's mediocre. Don't recommend.

I placed a large order, and one of the items was a chile relleno burrito. Unfortunately, the burrito was filled with chile seeds, and it seemed like no effort was made to clean or remove them. I tried to remove some of the seeds myself, but I still encountered them in every bite. In my opinion, the chile relleno burrito at the Montwood location is much better than the one I received from this location. I understand that the two locations have different owners, but I believe they should follow the same recipe. I kindly request that the chile seeds be removed in the future, as they are unpleasant to eat and difficult to remove completely due to the melted cheese.
